lee haney is inspiring
Haney is often overlooked in the 'who is the greatest bodybuilder' conversation. But, he is up there with Colman, Arnold, Yates - he has to be with 8 titles. Also, he is a great ambassador for the sport and a truly great person. Yes, I'm a big fan and would recommend him as a prime example to any aspiring bodybuilder.

That dorian's psychie was unbeatable whatever lee says just imagine a man who brings his social life and personal life to a line for bodybuilding and trains that intense that no one (except some) will likely attend is just worshipable that persona that aura can't be imitateable
The way Lee swings around to the front with a single bicep pose and his other hand on his waist was executed with perfection. Incredible posing matched by a dense and defined physique.

I’d have to say in 1992 Lee did look better than Dorian but there was no way he would’ve won the following year if he competed.
Lee would have still beaten Dorian, he could have easily taken it to the next level. You think with the near 20 years of training he had that he couldn't do it? He didn't take anywhere near the same stuff Dorian took as far as steroids goes, but it he did, he would have easily won.

Never, haney had poor abs and weak calves. He wasn't stupid. He got out before he got beat. Had Dorian arrived in the 80s. Haney would never have been an 8 time champ. Thats the point all haney faced were weak and mostly short bodybuilders in the 80s.

@@stevens5541 hardly dude. 8x in a row with never losing to anyone in that span. All with no injuries. Ronnie is broken, Dorian has some rough issues as well, and Haney was the first to eclipse Arnold's 7x (and beat it). Did you just start researching bodybuilding last month?

Listen Haney faced manlets in the 80s. In the 90s Dorian beat serious comp. You are judged by who you beat not just how many titles. This is why like in Boxing Larry Holmes could never get the same respect as Ali.
To be considered the best. You have to beat the best. Plus Haney lacked in certain areas. I would even place 1972 Sergio above Haney. Nobody has ever touched Sergios proportions. 58 inch chest to a 27 inch waist beat haneys 57 inch chest to a 31 inch waist all day. Plus bigger arms and better legs and calves. Haney Is top 5 but never the greatest...
Dorian should have had his hair shorter, thus giving the appearance of wider shoulders. Having a mullet doesn't really help in bodybuilding. Guess it was the trend then.
I really don't think Lee would of stood a chance in 1993 against Dorian, unless he was a whole lot better of course...
Give him the same hgh and insulin before coming to a conclusion.
92 yes he still would have beaten yates but 93 no

@@NemeanLion- Dorian didn't use insulin until '96 and barely started using GH in the '92 offseason to prepare for the '93 Olympia
Besides, he had already beaten Haney in 1991 in the mandatory poses (muscularity round). '93 Yates would do that 3x easier.

and what he looked in '93 which was a much improved version.
