Hello Jason, I've followed you on Facebook for months. I didn't know you had a youtube account! Do you have a database where you keep track of all your shells? I'm looking to make a database for mine, so I'd love some advice on what software is best. Thank you for sharing your collection with us 😊

hello , Do you know how to take the meat out of the Mauritia mauritiana? I want to keep the shell intact

Kind of a bummer tbh, these shells just don’t wash up on the sea shore. Most are just killed instead of finding them

Most are food first actually, kindly educate yourself on tropical island foods because they eat these regularly.

@@jasonsseashellandfossilcol390 lol no they don’t. For bate maybe hahaha, since I’m uneducated my wife is from the Philippines, you know those tropical island you’re talking about. No they don’t. When you kill large numbers of a cellular organism/lil critters like crustaceans, Gastropoda, or even Holothuroidea that help filter and keep ocean floors clean, can actually destroy an ecosystem… do you know what a biosphere is? Please don’t google… and most cultures won’t eat these kinds of food unless it’s like a celebration and your drinking, most people don’t eat like that.
