My sincere compliments for evoking such a powerful dialectic between two brilliant minds!
In my opinion, the biggest threat that the human race is facing today is the rampantly shrinking of mind space in so much as even the fundamental independent thinking is concerned, leave alone ideating or causal thinking. It's both due to the designs of the witchdoctors playing their hideous power games as also by default with techonolgy pushing the minds to their comfort zones so aggressively.
With this background, this discussion, like very few others today, keeps the hope of human race fight with shrinking minds alive. It comes as a robust spate of oxygen in such stifling times!
Hopefully many young minds will get an exposure to this
enlightening dialogue as also to an urge to explore the innate patterns of life and contemporary thought, or the lack of it!
The life needs the leadership of the likes of Karuna Nundy and Avani Bansal so desparately! Take a bow!!

Hoping for the tides of history to rise so that hope and justice can ride is such a fatalistic view isn't it ?, it neither seems to inspire trust in the indian jurisprudence nor the hope that law is equal to everybody. What good is the law or the judicial system if it cannot fetch the much needed justice within the time that would legitimize the justice that has been delivered as the one that conforms to the notion of it being a timely justice... In any weak political or economic system the systems that are in place to check the will of the unfairness asserting itself more vehemently in ways that are thoroughly detrimental to the individual Rights of the people, who have nothing but the hope that the law would protect them, will indeed be reluctant to stand by that hope due to the influences that are external and imperceptible to the law. I am of the opinion that only when an individual right is asserted by the law in the ways it asserts the rights of the people who are duty bound to protect it we can have some semblance of sanity in the way the entire judicial system functions. I think the law can address that by making the individual rights equal to that of the states at all times, by legitimizing the pursuit of safety and security as the fundemental right of each citizen. This country needs to make it easier for its people to own a gun, i am convinced that if there is a semblance of democracy in United States of America its because of an Americans right to carry and bear arms which is protected by his/her constitutions second Amendment.
