Has [SM Entertainment] forgotten that thanks to [EXO] they had stocks of shareholders? If it weren't for their fan base; they would've milked out [DBSK] without any questions than [EXO]. And up to this point, [EXO] needs to claim their rights for their stage name trademark-just like [GOT7], [BEAST], [INFINITE], [SUPER JUNIOR], and now them.
And for (Kang Daniel), he needs to be high in gear and not get swayed or conflicted. He needs to be precise and decisive. He’s got to be like (S.Coups), (Lee Know), or [EXO-CBX]… Not give a shit and knock their dead-beat asses down!
I love how they showed Newjeans having similarities with a LOT of groups...which no shit sherlock, that's what happens in pop music, things overlap and is taken as inspiration.
And then their group having many similarities with JUST Newjeans 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 a group under the same company, in the same era having TONS of similarities to the group who was setting a trend is pretty sus no matter how you slice it.

Especially considering that New Jeans took inspirations from several other groups.
By that fact alone, anyone looking to New Jeans for inspirations are directly or indirectly taking inspirations from whoever New Jeans take inspirations from. Because there is no way of telling who took those inspirations first.
This is why copyrighting certain aspects of arts is a hard thing to do. For example, no one has attempted to copyright food, or dance. Because the application of such copyrights are not operationally possible.
