I’ve dropped my phone so many times while using a really protective phone case that not the screen has broken but the camera focusing motors / servos.

What the hell.
I have an XS Max, my 1x camera just suddenly got blurry and unfocused while 2x zoom works fine.
I was losing hope after had tried all the methods and nothing worked. Was thinking a camera replacement for sure. Then I tried tapping again, but this time, INTENSE tapping around the camera (and the edges of the phone), it worked??? The photo is as clear as day now.

Hi SIr, I just found out on 3utool that my rear camera has been replaced and my rear camera has a focusing issue. But when I looked at the serial of the camera it is quite the same as the authentic camera. Is there a possibility that my camera is just an aftermarket or also authentic from other iphone? I have tried all the methods in this video and somehow work but I still doubt. Btw im using iphone x.

UPDATE: It worked just for a while. it happened agian and i slapped the camera again and it worked but as before it happened again.
