you can add new colleges ,there is a chance but once after first round alllotment the collge bellow will get deleted automatically if you want to add you must add above the collge alloted in the first round

Sir to edit the choice filling list for 2nd round is it necessary to select 1 of the 4 options first Because I have not chosen any of the 4 options still and in choice filling tab if I click edit preferences it is showing error
yes ,but for kkr students in the round 2 phase 1 they have opportunity to add/remove their preferences even though seat not alloted in first round but for genral merrit I don't think they give option to add new collge in second round but they will give add option in the third round for sure
