Nicole Adler Keynote at SMC Transition to Independence Fair

It was an honor to provide the keynote speech at the San Mateo County Transition to Independence Fair for individuals with disabilities who are transitioning from high school to adulthood. It's a great place to learn about all the options available to support their next steps or path on the journey. For each person, that journey and path is unique and the regional centers and service provider staff are there to help you discover what is best for your path...it could be college, it could be employment, it could be supported living, educational day programs where you learn life skills. I chose the "Self Determination Program" to build a support team who can help me achieve my career goals of being a motivational speaker, equal rights advocate and performer. I am living out my dreams. Thanks for watching!
