This really hits home for me. I spent the first 20 years of my marriage as an Army spouse. I sent my husband off to Desert Storm and Operation Enduring Freedom. We moved 16 times in the first 17 years. My kids were in 6 different elementary schools before the 6th grade. My husband retired after a total of 26 years. Now my oldest son is a military Blackhawk pilot and had 5 deployments, 3 to Afghanistan, before he was in 12 years. He is still serving, but in the Ky Army National Guard. My other son's wife is also KY National Guard. She is a nurse and has 2 deployments under her belt.
I love your reaction to this song.. Freedom don't come free.. I'm glad I found your channel.. RIP Toby.. You have to listen to and react to Courtesy of the Red White and Blue.
This old fourth generation vet just loves the song. I know every word. I would say it brings back a lot of memories, but sitting here with TBI and PTSD, the memories are not that far off. Salute to my brother and sister veterans!

i love the song but the part hits me the hardest is why the soldier says there are bill he can't pay cause its so true how does AMERICA not pay our soldiers better??????????? instead we pay the people in congress more then 170,000 dollars a year and they don't do sh*t but the AMERICAN SOLDIER don't make enough to pay their bills how does that make sense
Thank you for your kind words again towards our veterans. 💞🤙🍻
Amen 🙏🏾
