      Santos Dumont?
Credited for the creation of the airship, he is not considered the first man to fly on a plane, but he did the first plane flight with his own propulsion (without needing rails, catapults or headwinds to take off). Creator of Demoiselle, the pioneer of ultra-lightweight, a creation that served as an initial step for countless other engineers and aviators to learn to fly and create their own airplanes, since as Dumont himself said when asked by a journalist at the time: "If wants to pay me a big favor, declare in your newspaper that, desirous of spreading aerial locomotion, I make available the patents for the invention of my airplane. Everyone has the right to build it and, for that, you can come and ask me for the plans. The device is not expensive. " A man who was not concerned with patents, as he was a visionary, whose biggest dream was to make aviation popular. I guess the Wright brothers "invented" the first plane but still, Santos actually invented the zeppelin, made a much better plane (more maneuverable and more independent) and he made his blue prints and projects easy to access, meaning he helped develop the invention with much more ease while the Wright brothers claimed all of their projects and didnt help much with improvements on the invention. So Santos was more relevant in that sense IMO

    Explanation about the airplane:
The Wright Brothers first flew an airplane in 1903, while Santos Dumont (Brazilian) fira flew his plane in 1906. But there’s an important point: The Wright Brothers plane was catapulted into the air, while the Santos Dumonts flew by itself.
I would say Brazil got it first, but it’s still a complicated situation.

From what I can tell, Santos created the first gasoline powered dirigible, the Wrights made the first aero plane- at least what I can tell from the Wikipedia lol. Either way both are important.

Actually the Celts which lived on modern German territory were very advanced. Even in architecture. For example: the Celts removed the whole top of the “Ipf” mountain in Germany and built a fortress on it (This was in the 12th century BC). The fortress was reconstructed afterwards.

0:39 As a brazilian, Brazil did'nt help in the creation of the airplane, Brazil created the airplane (Santos Dumont, to be more specific) all by himself, however, the people that participated in the first airplane flight were americans, still, the claim that americans created the airplane is very dumb. If you don't agree to that, *i'll drag you to Brazil.*
