Kpop takes on a different meaning when it comes to TAEMIN, there are many soloists who try to follow his path in some way. I'm glad that Taemin is the inspiration for tons of idols and non-idols in Korea, it's great proof of the impact and reach that everything he does has. He is one of the best in the world. My all time favorite soloist is him. love your reactions, I look forward to Criminal, Want, Drip Drop and all about taemin. 😍

My ult bias from my ult group SHINee is Lee Taemin. He is the best soloist/singer/dancer and performer that I have ever seen, he is the one who changed the most and challenged the limits of what is known in music, showing new horizons with all his masterpieces. nobody like him and Superm is top and I am happy that he is part of all of them. Waiting for more reactions from you about Taemin. 👀🔥
Taemin is untouchable as a soloist, his music, singing, dances, performances and legacy are always of the "game changer" type in the industry and with a great impact on others, a clear proof is MOVE, the impact of that song in 2021 is unbelievable. Taemin is transcendental that's the difference with him. He is my favorite bias and artist of all time in music not just kpop for a reason. i hope more reactions about him 😊

Yup! Kai is a performance genius. He bulked up for this concept, put on weight so that his dancing will be more impactful. He does that in every comeback, be it in a group or solo so that he fits each concept. He became a real tiger.
Taemin is top tier because with him you have everything, not only vocal quality, not only dance ...perfomance etc. No one can close to him and his artistry. no one.

Let me tell you to see them perform live THEY WERE AWESOME !!!!! I got to see them perform at Madison Square Garden one the first and only K-pop Groups to do so (Taemin is the only Korean artist to perform there 2x SM TOWN Performed there in 2011 I believe)Just before that damn corona de la virus hit everything is shut it down the next month literally. That was one of the best concerts other than Trey Songz Cuz that’s my boo I tell you it was definitely worth my trip to New York🥰🥰🥰!!!!!!

SuperM are considered the Avengers of Kpop because the group is so multi-talented, with some of the most influential idols in the industry, representing multiple nationalities and Kpop generations, who are poised to take over the world.The group debuted in the U.S. in October 2019 so that is why their title track "One (Monster and Infinity)," their previous release "100" and their debut song "Jopping" are mostly in English because "Jopping" was meant to be their foyer into the U.S. music market, and "100" and "One (Monster & Infinity)" continues that plan. "Tiger Inside" was a pre-release track from SuperM's first full length album Super One.
Mark is the fluent English speaker of the group. And WayV is the Chinese sub-unit of NCT, so not only does Ten and Lucas speak Korean and English, but they also speak Mandarin. Ten also speaks Thai because he is from Thailand and Lucas speaks Cantonese because he is from Hong Kong and a little Thai because his mom is Thai. And although, Baekhyun, Kai, Taemin and Taeyong are all native Korean, they also speak many other languages. For example, Taemin, and SHINee, are very popular in Japan, so he is fluent in Japanese as well.
Although Baekhyun is the oldest member at 29 and Mark is the youngest at 22, Taemin, who is only 28, is the one with the most seniority in the group. Taemin debuted 4-10 years before any of the other members of SuperM. Taemin debuted as a member of SHINee in 2008 when he was 14 years old, so he is a super senior of the group. So, Taemin is the one everyone looks up to.
It is said that the concept for SuperM is supposed to be like the Avengers, so, I see it as each of the members are a different kind of superhero that make up the larger "Avengers" group, just like how the Marvel Avenger members come together from all walks of life with all different abilities and powers, etc. to make up one big super group.
As with everything that SM does, it's been designed to all connect. All of SM's groups' concepts and MV storylines connect together and it's all part of one giant Universe and story that started in 2012 with EXO's debut.
To understand how all of SM's groups are connected, you first need to keep in mind that it all began with EXO's origin story. From day one, EXO's concept has been that they are aliens from Planet Exo who have been sent to Earth on a mission to find and protect the Tree of Life from the Red Force, while also trying to fix all the things that are going wrong in the world, which are believed to be caused by the Red Force. The Red Force is thought to be here on Earth inflicting their evil agenda -- corrupting humanity and causing all the bad things that are happening in the world, such as war, hate and destruction of the environment, etc. And because EXO is trying to undo and prevent the Red Force from accomplishing their goals, the Red Force is also trying to take down EXO by capturing them, corrupting them and standing in their way, etc.
So, as part of EXO's story, Baekhyun and Kai -- who are members of EXO -- have recruited members from SM Entertainment's other male Kpop groups and formed SuperM, to help them battle the Red Force.
And just like the Marvel Avengers members each have their own Superhero story, when they come together to form The Avengers they combine their story and concept and weave elements of each of the member's backstories into The Avengers storyline. I see SM Entertainment doing the same thing with SuperM.
Also, just like how the Marvel Avengers come together to combine their strengths and powers to help fight Thanos, I see parallels with what SM is doing with SuperM's storyline. SuperM is taking the "best" members from each group and joining forces to take down the Red Force. And just like how the movies "Avengers Identity War" and "Avengers Endgame" eventually had each of the Marvel Avengers members recruiting their whole crew to help in the fight, I think SM is setting it up so that all of its groups' members will eventually be brought into the fight.
So, because of this, I think people need to pay attention to all of the storylines with all of SM's groups, because I think at least all of SM's third generation groups' MVs and storylines -- and probably even now their 4th gen groups with the introduction of aespa last year -- are being designed to connect stories and plots.
Each group has their own individual storyline and concept, but when you put them all together, there are threads of connections between the groups. And that includes SuperM, EXO, Red Velvet, NCT/WayV, aespa, and maybe even Taemin's solo work, and possibly even SHINee. Even though SHINee are second gen, they actually fit within the age group of third generation groups, so they sort of bridge that gap between 2nd and 3rd gen.
And although most of SM's older groups' concepts and MVs may have never been originally designed to have any type of connection to anything to do with anything, that doesn't necessarily mean that over the years as EXO's story has evolved or SM's Universe concept was being created, that SM didn't find "happy coincidences" within those MVs that allowed them to use them as a way to connect things together. For example, some have pointed to the fact that NingNing's butterfly in aespa's concept from 2020 could be connected to the butterfly in EXO's debut "Mama" MV from 2012, and some have even made compelling arguments that it could even be connected to SHINee's butterfly in "Ring Ding Dong" from 2009. Or the blue roses we see in Taemin's "Press Your Number" MV from 2016 may be connected to EXO's flower/blue rose concept, etc. Now I'm not completely convinced that SM would reach back that far, but it makes you question and consider things. :D I mean we see what looks like the pink planet from Super Junior's recent "House Party" MV and a scene from Super Junior-K.R.Y.'s "When We Were Us" MV in "aespa's ep.1 - SM Culture Universe" video. And SM has even brought Kangta, who is a member of the very first Kpop boy group H.O.T., which debuted in 1996, into the storyline with his most recent solo MV remake of H.O.T's song "Free to Fly." So it's starting to look like SM may be hinting at bringing everyone into the storyline, including their older groups and artists.
However, you should also know that no one really knows what is happening for sure in SM's Universe storyline. It's all fan theories and educated guesses. SM has never confirmed nor denied any of our theories and they have never explained anything. They have left it up to the fans to interpret the story and connect the pieces. And what makes this even more difficult is the story isn't being told in chronological order, so as fans you have to pay attention to everything and remember what you have seen and heard in previous content in order to decide where each piece fits within the larger storyline. And it's not just MVs, but it's with everything they do including teaser videos, concert VCRs (short videos played at concerts in between sets), live performances, song lyrics, online content released by SM, special extras included when you purchase an album, etc. It's super complex and all encompassing.
