Litterally one of my favorite chiefs games of all time
Would say it was if it weren't for rams vs chiefs 2018 or bulls vs chiefs 2021
@@jeffboi8667bulls?!?!
@@jeffboi8667ohhhh you meant bills! My bad
Every game of the playoffs that year is one of my favorites
Me too cause my son & I were there & it was electric
Daniel Sorensen legit had the greatest game of his entire career that day, dude got criticized a lot for his inconsistency as a safety but people forget how big of a part he played in getting us to the SB that year
Dirty Dan was the man against Derrick Henry in the Titans playoff game too! He hit Henry hard in those thighs all game. Henry wasn't a factor late in the game.
Nice loop ending my man. 😏
Yeah Sorensen was clutch for sure. He made big plays when it counted.
Yes he made some huge plays in that game.
Dan balled out that entire post season.
Dirty Dan always seemed to find a way to make a big play that season. Intercepted Rivers in the endzone with less than a minute etc
Old guy here. Yeah, I was so disgusted I turned off the tv, this was not professional football. Later in the 3rd quarter my daughter came home and was telling me the Chiefs were ahead. I was shocked. Turned it on for the final score and they were ahead by 20. I learned my lesson. Never fall asleep on Patrick Mahomes!
lol you were so use to being let down by the chiefs, you thought it was business as usual. but mahomes is different and this was one of his reminders to us
It ain’t over til the fat lady sings!! There is ALWAYS hope with Mahomes❤️❤️❤️❤️
The Texans were winning by 20 then lost by 20 in the same game…
Yeah explains the Texans franchise exactly
I’m not even lying when I say this
When they were down 24-0 in the start of the 2nd Quarter
I told my dad “If they can score 24 in one quarter, why can’t we”
Then the come back happened
Its funny during that game I really wasn't all that worried even when down by 24 to me it looked like the Chiefs were just playing with their food. Once the receiver's started catching the ball it was over for Houston. The Chiefs were trailing because of their own mistakes not because the Texans were a better team.
@@matthewcrispin4070 tbf earlier that year it was the same reason the etxans beat them, and in 209-2020 they were rlly good the texans
Completely destroyed the Texans organization in 1 quarter
They’ve been in shambles ever since. Amazing.
We need to do this more often. I’m thinking Cincy and Buffalo need to get wrecked next.
i still haven’t recovered mentally
@@SHShorts. as a fellow Texans fan, they is probably the last time the Texans have been a functional organization and the last time my life didn’t feel empty(i cried for 45 minutes after the game ended)
@@anxiety.infected.almond_music literally ended our franchise. Gave away everything and everyone who made our team
@@2nd-place buffalo already got wrecked 13 secs
Rumor has it, we're still scoring against the Texans.
😂
That Chiefsaholic cameo 😂
Yo, Frosty, chill!🤣
Jk.
he's tailgating for real now
This was the game that made me go "Yeah, we're special this year. This is the one. We could go all the way!"
The SB vs the Niners was pretty classic
The guy they stopped on the fake punt was Justin Reid i think.
Yeah nevermind I think you're correct
It was
Yep! Dirty Dan with the stop
Haha that’s crazy
Yes that’s very true.
What makes this game so crazy is that we didnt just come back, we ended up blowing them out
And running out of fireworks 😂
I've seen several games where a team is behind by a lot early, and come back to win. This is the only time I can remember that the team that is down takes the lead by halftime.
"Which is why . . . " lol, love it!
I have rewatched this game at least 50 times
Amazing come back by the chiefs.Let’s go
The chiefs whole playoff run that year was crazy
The bank robber in the beginning of the clip 😂
Ive been a Chiefs fan since 1988... I have been through a lot of ups and downs. I was watching this game and thinking "same old Chiefs..." I don't think I have ever been happier watching a 2nd quarter of a football game LOL!
Yeah thinking back when I watched these playoffs was soo exciting first half was throwing shyt second half I was walking around like Conner mcgregor talking shyt lol good times
My first game i saw with the chiefs and they have been my favorite team ever since 😊
I remember watching it
I remember watching the score of this when I was at work and was amazed after the 1st quarter. Then I was really amazed after the halftime score
I was crying this day then it all changed my favorite game of all time
I flew from Denver and sat in the West end zone. It. Was. Glorious.
This is why I love the Chiefs
That game was insane to watch!
i remember turning off my tv & sighing then turning it back on w the intention of thugging it out. best decision i made that whole yr.
One of the best games ever chiefs are good their unstoppable
This is when i knew we were going to be a dynasty. Because no matter the deficit, the chiefs are in every game
I remember this game. Crazy.
I was THERE! SO frigging cold!! It took until April for my toes to thaw.
By far the most roller-coaster game ever
I wore my Kelce jersey for the 1st quarter of this game despite it being bad luck (wore it when we lost to the colts and texans earlier in the season). Changed into my Mahomes jersey between quarters and the rest is history.
Ha ha. I do the same!
It's 2023, but I still miss Damien Williams, man was a producer🤘
Legendary
Went to that game. The crowd was a mess and so mad after the first quarter deficit. But those 21 in answered points made everyone so fired up I’m surprised we didn’t break the NFL noise record. It was insane
Best game ever
That is one of my favorite games in nfl history
I remember that game for sure
This was my wife's first game at Arrowhead. I told here we're probably not ever going to see a game this great.
That was awesome games
Crazy game
Never gets old watching the game highlights.. That was such a frustrating 1st quarter and then all Mahomes Breaks Loose.
I remember this game. I left my house for the bar, it was 21 nothing. I got to the bar, it was 24 21. I couldn't believe it. That was a wild run to the Super Bowl for the Chiefs.
Looked like he was over the line with that Kelce td pass
This game was an amazing showcase of what KC can truly do (minus the 1st quarter)
was at that game. once in a lifetime experience
I knew we would come back, did you see our roster? Coach Reid knew what he was cookin’
I remember going and playing video games once it was 24-0 wish i wouldve stayed to watch
All us chiefs fans are on blood pressure and heart meds now...but man that was barn burner tho.
It was without a doubt my favorite game ive attended.
I was in the hospital getting stitches while this happened.
I was in the waiting room and watching the texans smoke the cheifs, and i came out if the room seeing the score and was mind blown
Say what you want about Hardman and his productivity. If he wouldn't have had that return to spark a comeback, who knows what would have happened the rest of the game. In my humble opinion, Hardman lite the fuse to the Lombardi trophy...❤💛❤💛
This is true. Hardman sparked that comeback and he woke up the entire team.
I remember this
LOl the wolf bank robber was in this clip 🤣 🎉😂
Lol, Chiefsaholic sighting, Tickle me Elmo in hell & Chiefs "riding" that bucking bronco!
Great editing!🤣🤠
Best game I've ever been to.
1♥️💛% TBH the Belldozer TD and E. Fisher's Stone Cold beer slams 🍻 to cap the comeback was one of my favorite and proudest moments as a fan of any sport. Versus Bills 0:13 a close second. And yes, that is including Super Bowl W's. I had Mitch on LOUD and the emotion was ELECTRIC. This win set the tone for that whole postseason and was vital in KC coming back from down 10 to up & away vs SF in SBLIV. They KNEW they -could- WOULD DO IT. Bc they already had done it, vs HOU, then vs TEN. I still get chills watching the Sorenson blow up the fake punt to start the festivities. From the lowest "it happened again, the SSN is flushed" feeling in qtr2 (familiar to longtime fans) to SBLIV CHAMPS 🏆💍
I was at this game... it was awesome
Dawg that’s like a Michigan vs tcu game right there
But that rams chiefs game when they still had goff… that was legendary. My fave chiefs game and my favorite rams game
My wife and I were actually at this game! I cannot explain to you how angry we were at Kansas City for screwing up the first quarter as bad as they did. This guy who was sitting behind us was screaming the f-word at the Chiefs the entire first quarter, but when they started to come back, we were all screaming so loud out of pure joy.
Shortly before the game, some people who were sitting in our section were talking with us about how we were just going to steamroll the Texans, and while we did do that... It took a minute lol.
I would say it was the best game I've ever watched, but the 2021 divisional round between the Chiefs and the Bills has to top it. I was not at that game, but I wish I was!
Dang man that would have been an insane game to attend lol
As a Texans fan I was so Mad
This postseason is what got us all to buy into Mahomes Magic!
I mean I bought into it 2018 postseason tbh. It was a wild ride also
@@hbtCHIEFS Thats what I was meaning. I didnt believe we would come back against the texans that day and now I dont think there's any deficit we cant overcome!
Let's go... Let's freaking go... How bout those CHIEFS!!! 😁
@@walkingtheemmausroad4216 the Super Bowl against the buccs haunts me still
@@flamingfish6850 It did me too until we beat the Eagles. That for me washed it away.
I got so drunk that game as I made it a custom that year to take a shot for every TD the Chiefs scored. I eventually began to beg them to slow down on the scores for my sake 😂
man i wish it was different, but it wasn’t but congratulations on that one❤🎉
The Chiefs are tough.
With good coaching/ownership the Texans win that Super Bowl. Idk how hot of a take that is.
agree
Go CHIEFS
This is in my Top Five of Favorite Quarters/Innings in KC sports…it joins game 4/top of the 8th/2014 divisional in Houston (or as it is otherwise known: “Miracle at Minute Maid”)
This was most favorite chiefs game of allllll time❤❤😂😂😂😂😊😊😊😊
It was.
I remember this game, luckily they started to play better before I killed myself.
I was there and I called it when they turned it over🎉
Chiefs gotta buncha dawgs! Thats how they became champions!!! Repeat please!!!
I’m a Texans fan and that game is so sad
bro dont remind me, it was the first and last time i ever had hope as a h town native.
I was actually just thinking about this game this week.
That Mahomes toe drag was the play that destroyed the Texans franchise. change my mind
bro no matter what the chiefs always find some way to comeback in the second half. Andy Reid is a GOD
I loved the 2019 season
OMG i died twice at that game suffered 2 strokes. 4 heart attacks one aneurysm
Nothing beats Chiefs vs Bills though
Chiefs, kingdom rules
Talk about a pivotal game for both teams
The Chiefs made a crazy 24 point comeback that had to be the fastest in NFL history. This would springboard KC to their first Lombardi Trophy in 50 years and turning them into the preeminent franchise in the league today
Conversely, Houston's mind-numbing collapse would be the point where the Texans began their descent into the abyss, with every top flight player leaving town
Crazy
Texans organization got exposed
Craziest comeback in League history, complete turnaround
This game altered the texans franchise, things could have been so much different if they won this game. Basically imploded after this L. Mahomes literally destroyed our entire franchise for years.
Sorenson was the unsong hero of that season, I hope he does great in new Orleans
I was there yo
Being at the game was the scariest part about if
Folk may not wanna hear it, but Sorenson helped us get a ring that season.
CHIEEEEEEFS
You cannot kill this team. They're NEVER out of any game.
me and my son was at that game. after the first quarter you could hear a pin drop. it was scary quiet then by mid way thtrew 2 quarter the crowd was one of the loudest i ever heard it. it was the craziest first half of football by far
I had to go to work that day when I left it was 21-0 then a guy at work told me it was 28 24 omg so glad I dvred it
I'm a Texans fan and its not like I was expecting us to win or anything, but witnessing that was pure misery
Easily the best playoffs come back ever
I agree
The homeless bank robber was there, but now he’s gone, gone, GONE! That game was awesome!
I like CHIEFS❤
Saw this game in person. Worst to first😂
