Logically all the estates and properties that used to be occupied by the colonial or belong to the originals should be returned back to the newly independent government of those days or to the origin people of the places. TBH Sentul area especially YTL I would like to say the property in that area is quite cheap. 6 room in highrise under RM 1 Mill in today are deal breaker to me.
Ytl is good in their business, but as retail investor, do not buy their YTL shares at all cost. They keep doing share split and drive down their share price, you end up losing because the share price keep going down after split..
They might be individual businessmen in their own right, but they always carry the Msian flag. Big ships go out in the open sea to fish while smaller boats stick to the coastal area...
