- Sandra Birchmore, a 23-year-old pregnant woman from Massachusetts, passed away in February 2021. Renowned forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden has concluded in a recent report that her death was likely a homicide. Birchmore's case is linked to allegations of misconduct by three former Stoughton police officers. The officers, who resigned in 2022, have denied the allegations brought forth in a lawsuit by Birchmore's family and have not been criminally charged. Law&Crime’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.

Yeah, boston area in general is INSANELY crooked. I worked at house of blues when they opened and they had (and probably still have) a retired detective on staff who's only job was to pay off the cops. When a new manager got hired and missed a payment, boom, a whole squad of cops came and shut the entire place down, show cancelled. When the manager asked why, they said because they caught someone doing nitrous.... Outside.... Somewhere in line.... Around the **block**, nearly 1000ft away. I was told they had to pay triple plus a $1000 bonus for every cop there to open back up. Shameful.

They were not witnesses in the Karen Read case; their involvement is related to the Birchmore case and the subsequent investigation into their actions. THEY SEEM LIKE TERRIBLE PEOPLE NO NEED TO LIE FURTHER AND WHY YOU DID I JUST DON'T KNOW. i asked about the officers involved in this case There is NO LINK to Karen Read case. They QUIT when Birchmore first accused them.

News Nation: According to the investigation, Matthew Farwell was the last person to see Birchmore alive and was seen on surveillance video at her apartment four days before her death, spending 20 minutes inside. Birchmore also reportedly told friends she was pregnant with Farwell’s child.

Interesting that this didn't come up before the end of KR's trial..... appears to be a pattern of various types of misconduct, poor investigating throughout Massachusetts. Of course, I'm aware that these aren't the same circumstances and KR's jurors are still deliberating. This happened in Canton, yes, I know the officers, who have ALL resigned were not on CPD, but...... highly suspect. Just my opinion, don't come for me 😊

This story hits me hard. I was in a similar situation and that’s how my daughter came into existence. I know the only reason I survived and she is now successfully at college right now is because I had people on my side that were more powerful than the people who’d hurt me.
