I got a giggle when Nick in his excited voice say "and over here we got" and then the slight disappointment comes when he says, "a domestic refrigerator". It these positivity verse mundane that makes Aquaholic the best review channel on CZcams. Cheers Nick, loved this tour.
Let’s get a Miele upgrade on that
hahaha, I caught that too!! Thats what I (we) love about Nick I guess - has honesty. Same happens when storage appears where usually an icemaker would be :)))
to be fair that looks like the cheapest fridge freezer you could buy it just looks disappointing in a yacht .
i know they are working on a budget to make the boat a certain price but that just looks like a hack job
a couple hundred quid and you could have had something proper .
I was disappointed too it is honestly an eye sore and a no go on a yacht

a wild fridge freezer.. never heard of it, very interesting. thank you!

Azimut - rename this the "Magician's Hat" - something small filled with huge surprises. A FULL LOBBY on the cabin deck WITH washer/dryer. FOUR cabins. 53 FEET. And "crew cabin" (a place to stuff a teenager). There are 70' yachts with fewer accommodations (perspective people, please). I've watched the video twice, with note pad and pencil the second time. I got to TEN major features and stopped, as I had only reached the Cabin Deck. WOW. And UNDER 900k? Azimut, I don't know how you did it - but I want one.
Thank you for sharing...
You took the words right out of my mouth. I don't think I have seen any other boat in this class size with as many features. I am a big fan of the Azimut 55 Fly but this is a masterpiece.
Agree - 16 mtr boat with this many features? Insane, definitely puts Azimut on my radar.
Can't remember the model but Azimut has one with three engines and it was brilliant.
Azimut are crap quality though
I'm a bit surprised to see that they didn't putt any sound insulation in the engine room. Seems like a big design or construction flaw to me, especially on a trawler where your going to be traveling for long hours. Ok its "cheap" for a boat this size but you would want at least some kind of comfort.
I don't care what boat you show us. You are so natural, small comments here and there which makes it a joy to watch. So genuine. I'm sure you could sell ice cubes to Eskimos. Excellent as always.
You're very kind
Whilst most of my boating is on a RIB on the Solent, I’m currently away visiting wife’s family in Asunción, Paraguay. My brother-in- law’s boss kindly took us out for an afternoon on her Magellano 53 up the Rio Paraguay. My wife, who’s never been on a motor yacht before was extremely surprised that I knew where everything was and gave her a tour. I didn’t let her into my secret of being an Aquaholic subscriber :-) Thanks Nick!
Awesome! 😄
This time Nick made it a thriller for fans who care for him like myself! I hold my breath when he started juggling the glasses with one hand and filming with the other! Awesome production! And when he went into the couch as Alice in Wonderland, and did not stuck (almost) as Winnie the Pooh in that palatial entrance to crew quarters, I relaxed only when he got out. Nick, you keep raising the bar every time! Forever yours
I think Azimut make beautifully understated, yet undeniably stylish boats. Fantastic Craft.
And, not a bad presentation, either! 👍 Thanks Nick! Great to see you in other channel's videos too, in partnership with other organisations, that clearly recognise your talents! Well deserved, sir! 👍 Thanks for the upload, too!
No matter how many brochures I peruse, your reviews give me 100x the information in only 15 minutes.
In the market for a boat in this size range and honestly didn't even consider the Magellano series but they have done a very impressive job at a nice price. Engine room looks snug but I guess OK and the crew cabin would be better used for storage/dive tanks/dive compressor or more equipment like watermaker equipment. Very impressed with this boat for Bahamas/Caribbean, especially since the 20 knot speed can get you out of trouble when necessary.
"Looks down at Washing Machine"
"Sees it's NOT a Miele......"
"Proceed to shut cupboard door and move on hastily...."
Vintage Nick - well done sir.
Ha
@@themadplotter Why would you ask stupid questions to try and make yourself look cleverer than you are?
Actually the brand they put in is a cheap discount 120$ washer.. same goes with the fridge, who want´s to open 2 cabinets to get a cold beer?
3:40 for anyone who was looking for this.
I had a Miele vacuum cleaner once, it was shite
That's quite amazing for a 53 foot boat - potentially 5 cabins, 2 barbecue/grills and loads of deck space. Very impressive.
This boat is one of my favorites. So beatifull, nice materials. I love it all the way.
I'm really getting in to these trawler style boats around the £700k-£900k range. Some of them seem incredible value for money. Great video.
Excellent showing Nick 🤘🏼 love having my coffee and watching you take us with you on the Aquaholic Tours 👍🏻
Love his response to the toot of another boat’s horn: “Oh! Pardon you, sir.”
Yus! Finally the Magellanos are on your channel! Can't wait to see you do the 66; Category A Open Ocean rating and incredibly luxurious interior with a 3,000NM range at 6 knot displacement - the ultimate trawler yacht
Maurizio found 7.3 knots to be most efficient, with 5.6 lph per engine iirc, a total consumption of 1.6 liters per nm. Thats a range of 2000nm. Or in practical terms: 1 month vacation averaging 3 hours per day will consume 1000 liters, thats less than a third of its fuel capacity. Less than 60 Euro per day in fuel, thats awesome.
The aft time out cabin is great! Definitely a nice layout for a smaller boat. As always, you do such a great tour of every boat/yacht that you video. Thank you!
This video may not pull in as many views as a 140' personal frigate, but these are the boat reviews of yours which I love the most. This boat is comfortable but stylish. Traditional without feeling outdated. Extremely practical (galley aft, tons of storage, tons of deck space, and range). They packed a lot of tremendous features into a boat of this length (a not-entirely-unbearable crew cabin on a 50 foot boat? a comfortable lobby on a trawler of this length with wide side decks? four passenger cabins? wow!) Great review as always
Amazing! They used the space of the boat well🛥
seen a lot of yachts this size range ,this ones a true winner! thanks again!
The galley aft is a chef’s delight, having the bbq enjoyably close to the range ... perfecto!
In Azimut we trust.... I love these boats.... Nick, as always, excellent work!
10:34 I'm actually amazed by this new design yachts are taking on! Thanks for showing this awesome cabin Nick!
Thanks for watching! :)
Lovely boat, I can’t believe the price that’s a lot of boat for the money. Great video Nick.
I agree.
I kept thinking the price was a typo, but if not, that's a lot of boat for the money, and very well laid out as well. Been a while since I owned a comparable money pit, I mean yacht...but economy of scale sure is paying off. This type/size boat would have been twice as much not too long ago it seems. Nice
Makes my day to wake up and see an Aquaholic video! Greeting from México and congrats on the 100k!!!
I love the format of your videos... it's just so friendly, entertaining and proffesional at the same time. Your love for boats is clearly visible to everyone. Thank you!
This particular boat doesn't seem like a great deal for that kind of price tag.
Congratulations on 100,000 subscribers! You have earned them with many good tours like this one.
A great boat, offers so much for the money. Fantastic tour Nick.
Great Boat for an owner/operator, reasonably priced for a family of 4 (kids get their own room) even enough room for the kids to bring a friend or two along or another couple to join. And Nick actually showed us all the rooms - lol
A very tidy looking boat, well finished with a "roomy" feel, some great featureslike the condfiguration of the table and the off-set bed ,very attractive flybridge...great boat all round!
I was being quite impressed with this boat, assumed it was a 60+ foot boat, looked at title saw 53 and was blown away holy cow!!
Hi Nick! Another lovely boat. I love your word for dishes, "crockery ". It's a wonderful term.
Congratulations on reaching 100 thousand subscribers Nick, been watching since about 15,000, hopefully many more journeys to come 👏👏👏
We did it! 100k! Congratz Nick, well deserved!
One of the best boats in my opinion, excellent value for money, manageable for owner to skipper and 1000 miles - great range. I want one.
One of my favorite boats that you have reviewed. Great decks and finishes! I don't normally like an aft galley, but for some reason this one really works. The helm stations are a bit small, but everything else is perfect. I didn't even know that Azimut built trawlers like this.
Really nice one. I could see going out on it and have a great holiday. Thank you Nick . Stay safe. Love from Canada.
Another great review of a great boat. Cheers nick!
Thanks Nick, i always enjoy your videos.
I love the Magellano. Beautifully designed.
This boat seems like a good value for the money. Thank you for sharing.
Very impressive for the cost. Like the fact it has some boot but also can be toned down for a bit of distance and relaxation. Great 👍 walk through as usual.
Nice comment Paul
Crew cabin seems a bit of a waste, could easily be a storage area / garage with rear entry which would give option to a rear sun pad. Very tidy boat, smaller cabins but not bad.
I'd be surprised if they didn't offer a garage option instead of the crew cabin. For a sub-60ft. boat, this is one of the best I've seen :)
@@nikolamladenoff3516 imho nordhavn's are much more practical, and beautiful sub 60s
@@kaspetto totally agree, I was introduced to Nardhavn by this channel and it really grew on me :D not that i am a potential customer for any sort of yacht but Nordhavns are really special compared to the rest.
What if people are sitting on the seat, is there a bell to ring so they can get out, might be a bit awkward, lol.
@@kaspetto For sure, but Nordhavn is in totally different price range.
Nick nos hace estos videos tan brillantes!!!! Que hasta son adictivos!! Gracias totales Nick!!!!!
G’day nick great video as always 👍 keep up the great work. Oh and congratulations on reaching the 100k subscriber milestone.
Congrats on 100K!
Always a pleasure seeing the Azimut fleet! Great boats indeed! Congratulations on a 100K Nick, keep up the fantastic work! Much love from Mumbai!
Hey there Mumbai! 🙂
Another great video. Thanks Nick.
Glad you enjoyed it
I just saw the coolest most functional fold-out table on the main deck saloon 👍🏾
That’s very refreshing
Massive congratulations on reaching 100,000 subscribers. The way you present these magnificent yachts is always professional even if they’re a bit cramped in spaces you give a good positive description!!!!
Just stumbled across this channel. Very sympathetic lad. Well done, enough words yet no babbling. Definitely superior to the various other mute channels.
Great tour as usual.
I rather like the idea of cruising round Europe on this for a month or two one summer. Brilliant!!
Thanks Nick
It's a 53 foot boat! What an amazingly complex and compact design on the upper deck and fly.
However below in confused and unfortunately full of nonsense -
Either lose the fourth cabin, then space out the other three and add a third heads.
Then use the crew for long distance storage and overflow.
Or lose the crew and extend the owners cabin, plus a heads for the 3rd.
But seriously no one requires crew on a 53 foot boat -
Great presentation as usual -
The best video well explained about my favorite yacht, exact and concise. Without details that are boring as in other channels. There are other yacht channels that take hours to explain how a door or button works. I love that you always show the price of all boats.
Congratulations.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I don't know much about yachts to be honest, however I can see what terrific value (relatively speaking) this boat offers. Externally it looks amazing and internally it is so well layed out that it has many features much bigger vessls don't have. The cockpit is to die for as is the fly bridge and front deck, the kitchen although small just works, that hallway area below deck is positively airy, the cabins are beautiful. I could imagine some bigger and more expensive boat owners looking over at it with envy. Most people would never need anything more than this. Wonderful boat wonderful video. Thanks Nick 👍
Thanks Nick, nice boat, calm and nice presentation 😃
I like it. Very useful for a long leisurely tour.
Great boat and affordable. Also, it’s Miele equipped! Good space and comfort! I want one! Congratulations again on the 100k+ subscribers
Great video as per normal Nick, congratulations on the 100k....very well deserved 👍
Congrats on 100k, Nick! I'm not surprised :)
Nice review. I felt like I was there with you looking around this interesting beauty. Bravo
A really nice boat. Very nice lay out
Love the shower on the fly bridge! Great tour, as usual 😊Congrats on 100k+ subscribers 🎉
CONGRATS ON 100K!!! Good job Nick
So glad I subscribed. Your reviews are the best! Very knowledgeable with great attention to details etc. Your presentations are on point and very enjoyable to watch👍🏼
Thank you :)
Many congrats on your 100k subscribers, well deserved and love your channel!
Thanks Nick!
I like that a lot, it's a shame the range isn't a little greater, but, all in all a very nice boat indeed. Not stupid amounts of money either. Thanks for another outstanding tour. Very enjoyable. 👍👍👍🛥⛴🛳🚤⛵😎😎😎
I appreciate that you present the crew cabin.
Another great video. Woot 100k subscribers, so well done
This is why I love you....you are awesome.......always find out the best yacht at an excellent price.
For a 53 ft boat at this price I think that it has to be one of the best that I’ve seen in a very long time. The compromise between speed and range is very good and the layout is superb. Like this very much indeed. Look out sunseeker and princess this is big competition for you I believe.
This is the one!!! Thanks aquaholic!
What’s cool about sub 1 million $ boats is it feels actually conceivable to own one….. kinda motivating. Great vid 😎
So long as they're liveaboard-capable, they're pretty much feasible. Most people who own any kind of home on land can get enough startup money to put into one of those boats from selling it, and then finance the rest. So long as you can afford both the maintenance and the loan payments on what you earn while you're living on board, you're okay (that's not necessarily easy, of course, but it's still possible for a lot of ordinary people).
I love this. It beautiful. If I had money this would be the one I would pick out. It's excellent.
This is not sub 1 milion dollars mate.
@@albanbuci2321 Barely twenty thousand over. Close enough.
@@norarivkis2513 Like bruh.... u get the point....lol
Congratulations on 100K subs! Not a moment too soon and well deserved!
Great channel and this my favourite boat
Congrats on 100K!!!! I very much enjoy your channel, with your thorough walkthroughs and "Properly British" perspective/verbiage. BTW, and for what it's worth, it's incredibly refreshing to see a well-presented video without a million jump-cuts. Well-done, Sir! Keep up the great work, cheers from sunny Phoenix"" :D
Another fine showing from the Italians.
When I was about 10, or 12 years old I would have loved to stay in that little crew cabin.
No u wouldnt since its right beside the engines....It must be quite noisy there.
@@alexini5 its has soundproofing foam all the way throughout. you can hardly hear anything
That's what I was thinking, perfect for eight-12 yo's or a small crew of Lilliputian's, lol!
Should have made a toy garage/beach club area with a nice wet bar and outdoor shower.
That`s my dream boat!!! Just love it!!
Lovely boat. Thnx for the vid
Congratulations on 100K Subscribed ! You do such a tremendously good job at touring the ships, and describe them clearly.Thank you.
I'd have to change the fabric doors though, seems like a weird choice that would attract finger prints! One of my all time favourite boats. Seems great value.
Other than the human trafficking cell, I mean crew cabin, this is a great looking boat. I would rather have that area be incorporated into the master cabin. If you had a Captain for a day putting him in that optional cabin seems much more humane. He's driving your boat, you want him somewhat happy... Good Job Nick!
I've seen much worse on bigger boats.. I agree though
I can imagine a kid absolutely loving having that space to themselves. Their own little hidey hole.
good room for a bug out bunker with weapons etc
I'd imagine that the captain gets one of the guest rooms on a longer voyage as I don't imagine having a guest on such a trip with this boat.
I am yet to see a “crew cabin” that doesn’t look inhumane, even on absurdly big boats, and it’s starting to make me angry. Especially when videomakers frequently call these closets “nice and big”-compared to what? A dog kennel?
Wow I loved that little crew cabin. I want an entire hidden house!
Well done Nick 100k you deserve it please keep up the brilliant work 🤩🤩🥳🍾🍾
I really like these "fast trawlers". They got most (if not all) of the comfort and sea keeping of a traditional trawler, but can go a bit faster when needed. I particularly like the layout of this one. When I saw that huge aft cockpit I assumed it was going to be cramped inside, but by putting the galley aft they have managed to get a nice and comfortable looking interior as well.
The only negative I can think of is that the mullion next to the lower helm position seems to steal a bit too much of the view to starboard for my liking, and I´d really like a secound nav-screen on a boat of this size and type, but apart from that I think this thing looks pretty much perfect for me (ignoring anything related to money of course! :) )
I'm a trawler guy... long distances, comfort and off shore sea worthiness and oceanic range. 53 is owner operator size for couple and live aboard. However Nordhavn has it beat in range, but price is great value!
Cool @gmcjetpilot
I'll love to discus more about this with you, I hope you don't mind.
Excellent tour Nick. I love this boat. The only thing I would like changed would be crew cabin access to the stern and one grill instead of two.
Whoa is this the video that you hit 100k?? Congrats! Extremely well deserved. My wife and i have agreed you're the yacht tour equivalent of Bob Ross. Love your videos, Nick!
An amazing boat 😁
Subed a few weeks ago, great channel. 💓
100,000 !! Congratulations to Nick !
Awesome yacht for the money, superb interior layout. BTW the washer/dryer is a HoooVer ;)
I watched 4-5 of your videos in the past 2 hours.. Well done! Subscribed! :)
Welcome aboard!
Looks perfect for traveling around the coast and exploring.
Super cool, I like the stylin a little bit of old school, trawler I love that go up and down the coast, I can handle it myself, perfect boat for me
Congrats Nick on 100K subscribers!
Gongrats with the 100k subs, you deserve it!🎉🎊
100k, fantastic Nick, well done 🍺
Cummins inline six! It doesn't get any better than that for me. Really nice boat, good size!
Seems very practical and really good value. I love how detailed you are with the reviews. Congrats on the well deserved 1 mill subscribers!
Alas, just 10% of a million, but I’m working on it! 😄
