Personal was started back in the early 1960s but two years after Enrico Nardi's death, the Nardi trademark was bought by Personal in 1968. Fast forward to 2005 and ownership changed hands again with Lorenzo Cerofolini becoming the CEO of the company that is now known today as Nardi-Personal S.p.a. This coming together of the two trademarks meant Cerofolini instantly inherited all of the fame, history, and know-how achieved through years of experience from both companies. During this time, Personal has created some of the most famous wheels in the world, including one used in Aryton Senna's Formula 1 Mclaren-Honda throughout the late '80s and early '90s. By incorporating a simple, timeless design along with a genuine racing pedigree, Personal brings together key components like rigidity, tactility, and lightness so you get one of the most involving and memorable driving experiences.
