Honestly, I wish Dan would just retire from nick. His writing has gotten quite tired and mediocre. Not to mention the constant references to Drake and josh. It’s like he’s trying to remind us that he had actually good writing once.
sonicpixie1 Yeah I got sick of him referencing Drake and Josh ever since it happened a couple times in Victorious. Good show, but they didn't really need to make that joke when a good amount of the audience won't get it due to being too young to even remember when that show was on the air.

Memory Blocks it was Nick’s best sitcom, and even better than some Disney Channel sitcoms at the time
I love laugh tracks when they're legitimately live, such as the first season of Drake & Josh where, at one point during one of the episodes, one of the audience members is trying incredibly hard to stop laughing. Puts such a big smile on my face every time I come across the episode that has this guy laughing so much.
But, situational, placed existing laugh tracks, where a laugh is being played over something and it is not anyone legitimately reacting to the sitcom, are not funny. They really only can be if the laugh track is misused or if it's completely inappropriate to be there. Those get me, but they don't come often.

Honestly, I think the worst part of this show is that it could've been really good. While I don't care for Nickelodeon's sitcoms, Henry Danger is a bit better because of the cheesy jokes and characters. They could've gone all out and made the animated series completely ridiculous, and in some episodes this is the case, but other times they're just pointless things happening for 11 minutes. Kid Danger isn't offensively bad by any means but it has a ton of wasted potential that could've been used so much better.
I have to agree with you, making the series more of a parody would've actually been kinda interesting.

Speaking of the cringiest KCA moment from the Henry Danger cast, Nick made a joke about the Oscars during commercial breaks, after the Oscars aired. The joke was that there were movies spoofed with Nick characters. "La La Loud" supposedly won in the bumper, but seeing how "Moonlight" won the Oscar, instead of "La La Land", Nick put in a Mr. Krabs Radial Blur meme, and said something like, "Oh, nevermind." I wish I could make that up, but unfortunately I didn't.

The worst part of the animated series for ME, is that they basically turned Charlotte, the only likeable character in the live action sitcom for me, into a squidward/ Meg/ Kyle character. Or the character that gets tortured for no reason. I hate it when shows have characters that are abused for no reason. And almost every cartoon has one, even good cartoons.

Aw, it’s a shame that the show turned out to be so LAZY. I remember those powerhouse shorts, and while I never really liked the live action show, I really thought that the humor worked better for animation and actually thought that they should do a Kid Danger series. Mmph, of course cranking it out would probably reduce the quality, but it’s a shame that I kinda thought it could have been good before.
Starlight Albright SAME! I'm disappointed in it because I really thought it could have been clever. The original shorts were pretty good! You can tell this is filler so they can find more cartoons to green light, and it hurts knowing it could have been decent.

I’m glad you’ve played Creature from the Krusty Krab. The music in it is phenomenal!!
I'm not a huge fan of Henry Danger, mostly because it is one of Schenider's weakest shows. It's really only better than Game Shakers, but not by much. I find the plots either ridiculous without any sort of sense, and the characters are unlikable. Especially Piper Hart, who's easily become one of my most hated characters in Dan Schenider shows, as she's a worse version of Megan Parker. I also cannot stand the obnoxious younger sibling trope regardless what show uses it. I mean Charlotte is okay, she's probably the only decent character on the show. It does have the occasional funny joke, but wasn't a huge fan overall.
Also 2018 isn't looking so well for Nick. Aside from The Loud House and The Sponge they practically have almost nothing set in stone to keep them interesting, and if this is what they have for starting out the new year they need to step up their game, because they barely have anything right now. CN is doing a much better job in terms of shows they're producing.
I just hope they get better. I loved nick when I was a kid. I’m 14 now and I’m very sad that it’s not good. At least they try. They have a lot of shows anyways to take of. I believe they can make the show better.

That's more of an issue with the business and marketing, rather than CN's quality itself. Plus from a marketing standpoint it does make sense TTG would air a lot. I do agree however that the lack of diversity in airing their shows is a problem however. But I don't watch TV anyway, any episode I can get I can just view it online.

The cartoon really isn't that far off from the sitcom. Somehow Nickelodeon really likes to give Dan Schneider carte blanche just let him do whatever he wants, where, all it is, is one headache after another (or a train wreck, for that matter) ☹
Henry Danger is- for me, anyway- a guilty pleasure. I didn't tune in much, but when I did, I almost always at least chuckled.
