The three rules of Head Movement, DP Movement and Wh-movement are collapsed into a single rule called Move. This option is made available because all three rules do the same thing. The move elements so that two features are close enough to do feature checking. The Principle of Full Interpretation ensures that all features are checked against each other in local configurations.
