Much more improved👍 Totally agree can't believe this is so off from the Mad Van. I thought it would have performed like a big brother to the Mad Van. You got it almost there. Great video Vas!
Thank you. I totally agree, I also thought this would be a step forward from the Mad Van, but instead it was a step backwards. I think the chassis and drivetrain is awesome, but everything else needs work, unfortunately.
I like it Vas , will be great when you finish the tune on this. Will help a lot of people to get it running perfect. It takes a decent beating that's for sure. I better nor look or I'll get one.

Mad Van definitely seems to be more dialed 🤔 Mad Wagon definitely seems more beefy. Hopefully you can tweak it a bit more. The wagon rips now 🤩

She’s moving now Vas! Amazing what a simple pinion gear change can do, even if the stock ESC didn’t approve 😉
Yeah, the pinion really showed the motor is quite capable, now just need to sort out the ESC and get some traction. 😁

It seems to be a fun truck but the suspension setup looks off. I think it needs smaller tires to have less unsprung mass and less rotational. Maybe you can leave the pinion like it is then.
Any luck on optimizing the mad wagon on 3s?

This or the 3s arrma range? any thoughts?
The ARRMA Range is better supported world wide and probably better priced. ARRMA is also in their 3rd Gen of 3S cars and are better tuned out of the box, so if I was buying one right now, I'd go with ARRMA.
This truck has great potential and I'm hoping I can show that in my videos and show Kyosho what they need to do to be competitive with this truck in today's market. If they can adjust a few things, then my answer to your question might change, so we'll see if they do anything about this truck's pedestrian performance in the future.

You're kind of right... The chassis and drivetrain are stronger, but Kyosho missed the mark on everything else. If I can show this truck running how it should (how we all expected it to) then maybe Kyosho can update it. It needs a few more tweaks and I'm sure it'll be right.

Stock spur gear and 18T pinion (stock pinion is 13T).
