For the safety reason I wouldn't let my family to live in the house with so much glass access in the bottom.
Some architects tend to forget that we aren't living in a wonderful world.
Safety is a luxury no money can buy but proper design may provide more of it than other "home invasion" friendly.

Great video, but I need to tell you that Belvoir (which means 'beautiful view') is pronounced Beaver. Yes, really! Many people make this mistake, no worries! The first series of The Crown was filmed there.

I knew owner is defintelly a CAR enthusiast when I saw that cool MX5 up front, and then the SIM RACING rigs..AMAZING haha ! Bike too... KTM - fantastic taste haha

Why are there no cupboards in the annexe? In a place as big as this why no have an ensuite for each bedroom.
The annexe bedroom looks like the perfect place to set up a home office or a "man cave".

I love your videos! This is my new favorite “home tour” channel on CZcams! The introduction to the property, Editing and camera work is always good but I’ve got just one critique. I’ve noticed in much older videos leading up to now, that there’s always multiple people talking at the same time. Or one right after the other. It’s slightly disruptive to the flow of the presentation in my opinion. As a result it causes redundancy also pointing out things before or just as the presenter showcases the item/feature is distracting. Which defeats the purpose of the presenter showcasing the house/ features to the audience in the first place. May I suggest that one person presents uninterruptedly and the other films with minimal commentary. It would greatly improve the Cohesiveness. The presenting and transition from one presenter to the other will be much smoother. I enjoy both your bubbly personalities, you both are aesthetically pleasing and well dressed. The chemistry is apparent and you both have nice sounding voices. Malto Bene! keep up the great work. (Sorry for the long comment!)
To be fair a lot of the interior design finishing touches are left wanting but it’s such a fantastic building with all that glass you don’t really notice, and I love alpacas.
That pond out back, in America we would call that a sink hole. Not sure what the Brits call it

While it's a Bargin and the land and view is lovely..For me the building is Dated.. I'd buy it and pull the house down and rebuild. 😀

@@denog_yt11 for me it looked dated regardless of when it was built. I also thought parts of the building looked horribly put together. But that's the thing with opinions, not everyone has the same one 👍
the house isn’t great. Been on the market for years and still not sold.
The last 9 months in the UK sales of property in the midlands places have sold like hot potatoes, in April I put my bungalow on the market, within 5 days I’d got 5 offers, and ended up with £40,000 more than our asking price, so the houses at higher prices must be more difficult to sell, it’s certainly gone off the boil now, so things will take some time to sell.

Most likely because of the low ceilings and small size for the price. I think that houses in the village sell for much less.
decor in this house is pretty awful, you'd think a house surrounded by so much greenery would have a homely feel
I had to stop at 2:40 as my eyes were starting to bleed at such ugly inelegance, those light fittings scream £20 BOGOF at Argos. I suspected as much with that horrendous Halfords hack job Mazda parked outside, so many positive comments is a worrying sign of very poor taste.
Am I colour blind or something, because when she was touring the primary bedroom and she said "blues and yellows" all I am seeing is green and yellow
I think the colour was turquoise, to me it was anyway, I love turquoise but it’s difficult to find at just the right shade.
