Was really interested in buying this property, have been looking at it for 6 months. Today I went on to the estate agents website to find that not only have they taken the whole right hand side of the garden away and put 6 foot boards up directly behind the tree lined avenue, but also increased the price by £200,000!!!!! What a shame it was stunning before they did that but I’m assuming that all that land possibly doesn’t come now in the price of the house now and whilst they’ve built an outdoor pool it’s certainly not worth losing all that land and to add insult to injury adding another £200,000!!! Gosh!

Don't understand why so many homes have the fridge and freezer on different sides of the room. Would think that having them side-by-side would make it easier for the person preparing the meal to grab everything at the same time when deciding what to cook, or to see what's available.
Like the fact it is nice and modern, different architecture from the usual two up two down houses. I would have sacrificed some of the front and possibly back to make the actual property bigger.

Great House, I say if it had at least one more bedroom it would be Perfect, so much garden space that taking a little away for a slightly bigger house would be better, IMO.

tell the girl to toggle optical flow when doing slow mo's is she is using adobe premiere pro to edit, or to film in 50-60 fps so the slow mo's are not choppy but smooth. Will do wonders to your production quality. Some colour grading could also do alot
What I like about this house is that it could fit anywhere. It would look just as nice in some Mediterranian countries as it would do in England or even in Scandinavia.

I know I have been harsh on some properties. This property for 1.2 million is ok. Doesn’t blow me away is it value for money .. I would say yes but that’s just my opinion. I would definitely negotiate on the price 100%

If I was building my own house, which I'm definitely not, I would really want higher ceilings than the ones you see on most UK new builds.
@@matmul4850 it can't be any lower than 2.1m but can be as high as you need. The most common height is 2.4m, this is normally around the height of plasterboard so it's easier and faster to build the walls with that ceiling height.

Not far from me... Not sure I like the fit and finish for 1.2 Mil though.. Things I spotted at a quick glance (and I haven't made it to the end yet) Kitchen floor not level Kitchen cupboards don't line up, terrible pointing of the exposed brickwork near the foundation on the rear patio The cladding above the rear patio looks like it would blow off in a strong wind with the gaps and the way some of that doesn't line up The drip flashing has too much over overlap. Nothing that couldn't be fixed mind as overall I do love the layout and the modern trimmings. I'd certainly live there but my OCD would be doing overtime til those things were fixed haha Great views too, pretty much what I have here although my trees are taller so it's hard to see! Great walk round guys

There's no way this standard house costs 1,2 million in a isolated location. 300K is more than enough for this.

The island is a waterfall island when you have the same material on top going down both sides. Here in the US is what it is called.
