Also yeah, Yama-jii's won't be using bankai against other captains, he's a tsundere but he doesn't really wanna kill his pupils or they would be dead already.
not really well he could easily beat the other captains with bare fists not to mention shikai those two and unohana are the exception they would body shikai yama and bankai shunsui can 1v1 unless u're immortal
Soi Fon's Shikai is pretty nasty. A powerful poison that will kill you(and in a spectacularly brutal fashion) in two hits on the same spot is pretty strong. How long you live and how brutal your death will be is dependent on your Reiatsu.
And with how long Shinigami age and time runs in Soul Society, Soi Fon catching up as much as she did to Yoruichi Shihoin is a testament to her drive and capabilities.
I can't spoil things, but their dynamic and attitudes are interesting....and tragic, because of course it is.
Also, fun fact: Yoruichi is known throughout Soul Society for her extreme mastery of Flash Step. So much that she has a nickname, that even Captain Yamamoto acknowledges: "Goddess of Flash".

Yamamoto is insane, he has been captain commander for a thousand years for a reason, but to hold their own against him, Kyoraku and Ukitake are top captains too 🔥

I like how Soi fon and Yoruichi's Shunko appear to be different styles of the same technique, Soi fon's looks wind based and Yoruichi's is electricity/lightning based.
