@@averymerrick I know. You can’t touch the turtles. I remember because I was 10 years old. And it was actually up against New Kids On the Block on ABC. I would watch kid n play at 10 then the second half of the turtles hour at 10:30. Sure the animation sucked, but it was exciting to have a cartoon version of the popular rap group at the time. I saw them in concert that previous summer at the Ohio state fair.

That’s incorrect. Kid n’ Play aired in the 10am timeslot against Beetlejuice and the first half of the Ninja 🥷 Turtles 🐢.

I was ten years old and I know I'm not the only one who remembers this day in 1990 like it was yesterday. Well, I remember slowly losing interest in Saturday morning cartoons of this era because I hated new live action teen shows back then. I kinda like how creative Guys Next Door is now. Well you've made my day. 1:54:20 I've been looking for this commercial for 3 whole years now since my old hard drive died. I've been wanting to make a collection of top jingles, and that rare Hershey spot was on the list.
I remember when I was younger I used to Watch Guys Next Door followed by Saturday Morning Videos. I wished there was more Saturday Morning Videos episodes posted from its run of 90-91
Good times, for Saturday morning cartoons for NBC back in 1990. But sadly, the network would end it's cartoon lineup in 1992, with TNBC replacing it. Newcomer FOX kids and Cartoon Network were to blame for it. Only ABC and CBS retained their cartoon lineup in the 90s decade. Plus I was 12 years old this year.

Saw this when I was 6 in 1990 on NBC they also showed super Mario bros super show early morning on another network dont remember what network it was though also remember the awful cartoon all stars to the rescue airing on nbc too got a good memory 😊

Hoping to find some rare commercials on this one. This era inexplicably had a lot of commercial mascots rapping!?! I figured you wouldn't be able to show this era of Chipmunks. That show weaved together a ton of copywritten stuff like Muppet Babies. ( I think it was owned by CBS like Kidd Video) I never watched Saved by the Bell as a kid, and man did that not age well! I remember Camp Candy, & Captain N, Chipmunks Go to the Movies, & the Kid 'N' Play cartoon, but don't remember Gravedale High, or the Guys next door. Thanks Mone Media, this was yet another awesome trip back in time, to MUCH better days!! That new Jack swing style video in the Guys next door, kicked ass!! That Young Guns parody, with the "you're not a Mexican, you're an Indian" comment, would never make it onto a sketch show nowadays, particularly one aimed at kids, lmao! Neither would the dweeb line sgement! Lmao, my how the times have changed! Always nice to go back to the days before so many people became sensitive snowflakes!
