Hi Sarah, is that "white out" that you have on your windows to block your dogs' view at low level outside?
It's probably a removable vinyl film, I have similar stuff on my windows. I got it on Amazon. 😁
Hey! I should have explained that, it is window film! I should make a video about it, it is an awesome management strategy. Still lets light into the house, but the dogs can't see out those sections. You can buy it on Amazon, or get it somewhere like Home Depot or Lowes! It's very easy to put up and take down!
