Will definitely train for it. As I am using this month to focus on nutrition, my training to race day starts in June!

I really appreciate your perspective on weight loss being a privilege. It’s easy to say that weight loss is hard (which it is) but I like how you can recognize that being able to devote time & resources to it is a privilege. I think both are true, but reframing it as a privilege puts more focus on the advantages of weight loss. Weight loss is an opportunity to express self-care and self-love through nutrition and exercise. 💕
Also, as a fellow weight loss creator who is also sometimes too busy to document my journey, my advice is to film your food and worry about adding a voiceover to the footage later. This is especially helpful when I'm at work or eating out in public and can't vlog. I'll grab a quick 20-30 second clip of my food and edit it later. Hope that helps!
It definitely is a privilege hey. I’m so very lucky to be able to have Weightloss be the thing at the top of my mind everyday. Not everyone is as lucky to be able to worry about Weightloss as I am. I was once in a spot where any food was food on the table. I truly see it as a big privilege to only have to worry about Weightloss in my life.
