My first prom dress from the early '70s had double puff sleeves! Sweet memories and now you know how old I am. LOL. {I had wanted the shoulder-less separate sleeves that I'd seen an actress wear to an awards show, but my mother flat out refused to allow me to have that! ;-) }

AMAZING! I cannot believe the transformation of these shirts. For the leg of mutton sleeve with the buttons, I thought of sewing in a strip of lace or a pop of color or some wording, like "I'm the Blueprint" that you see if the sleeve is unbuttoned. I still struggle with sewing sleeves, but these are goals!

I like them all especially the 2 color shirt & the extra long cuffs. You are so inspiring & made me think that the shirt sleeve with the button from shoulder to cuff is cool but would also like it cropped in the front & split long tail in the back like a tuxedo tail, made for younger body like yours, on me I'd put elastic in the back half at the waist with a tuxedo tail & front squared off hem.
That’s me, afraid to mess up the material. You have inspired me to just do it. My husband gave me a polo shirt he purchased that after 1 wash strunk. So I thought about using one of the sleeve patterns from my packet of Simplicity’s Vintage sleeves, to make the shirt into something I want to wear. Every time I see one if your videos I get ideas.
