@@seabtahi OMG the amount of times I’ve asked myself this lol… If I had to choose to stay in one place forever, I would choose OC. There’s pros and cons of each. Weather is for sure a big factor and Miami is hotttt all year. OC is perfect!
@@seabtahi Miami is way worse than Orange County as far as safety. Taxes are the price you pay to live here, but at least I can go outside every day of the year in perfect weather and amazing beaches. If I did Florida again, I would probably just do 6 months there. I don’t think I would ever want to do all year there it’s just too hot.

It’s the highest end of Miami as far as condo living. Family friendly. Close to aventura mall. Walking distance from beach. Safe. Etc…
