This style era of yours is very Japanese inspired imo, like in a modern, minimalist way. As I know you're a fan of some designers I see their influence on you in the style you embody now. I'm on the shorter style as well and I have noticed I also prefer streamlined silhouettes, even in my oversized pieces. It gives off subtle elegance, some people can't even put their finger on it so you look mysteriously graceful. Maybe that makes sense, maybe it doesn't, lol.

Another terrific video! I am always so excited when there is a new one! I have a prairie skirt that I bought from a thrift store and I just love. I have spent the last 10 years, with the help of my daughter who works as a fashion designer, trying to find the right top to make it work. She was here this last weekend and I showed her my new candidates. They were all “no”. I asked here if I should just let it go and donate it and she said yes so fast it made me jump scare.
What about layering the lime top with a black turtleneck underneath and a white bottom? Too toasty? A white bottom + black belt could also work (or the other way around). I tend to pair my colored pieces with two neutrals (preferably black and white, as I like contrast, too) to ground them.

I have been especially loving your content lately and I just want to say your videos have helped me narrow down my style so much. I used to buy pieces willy-nilly without much thought. But after a long process of experimenting and decluttering, I have figured out what types of things actually work for me, and these days I purchase with much more intention. Thank you!

This video game at a good time. A bit of inspiration in a time where things in my life are in a state of flux. It is time to get real with myself, let go of what isn't working, what I don't use, what I don't enjoy and bring in things that are better quality and vibe with my mood or the story I want to tell with my clothing or within my home.
I wish there was a way to dress well when you have a physical job...I had a period where I tried to dress like my coworkers, working trousers, security shoes and a large t-shirt, came home and changed, but I work as a cleaner of big offices, factories, etc, and sometimes my work day is like 3 hours starting at 5 am, then a pause and continuing in the afternoon, so shower, change, change again and in the afternoon the same thing, its not practical and its annoying...and even in my job, I felt like a guy, I hate it so much! I wish I could find a way how to feel good and feminine, not having to change, but not to feel scared to destroy my clothes, because when you clean for living, the cheap but pretty clothes just go withing couple of monts..I am lost...I dont know how to dress well anymore, and I dont feel good...😢
Just wanted to add that also m'y body changed over the years, I got big shoulders and muscles all over my arms and legs, and back, I dont know how to stop this to happen, or how to hide it at least, but I am so happy that there are videos to watch from Patricia❤
