Yeah! I agree! The dancers were worth it for the time and energy spent entertaining the guests and getting them involved in cutting loose and learning to Salsa Dance. The rehearsal: what came up were some of the deeper issues in this relationship which the brides isn't grasping: he is walking all over her and her family. It is not his decision if the question of who gives/presents this woman: it is between the bride and her family. His ideas are irrelevant IMO. Maybe I'm projecting but I can't imagine her parents are all together pleased with their future SIL given his treatment of their daughter. if she were my daughter I wouldn't be and would strong suggest couples therapy which might bring her out of the FOG. By the way his treatment of his brother is despicable and why he bothered to come to the wedding is a testament to what a good person he is. So what if he has earrings. He still is worth at least twice of his self obsessed brother.

I used to tell my daughter, to pay attention to the quirks her love interest displayed, because those 'quirks' would get worse as they got older and in the end they could cause unrepairable problems. Quirks might seem cute or funny at first, but grow old after a few yrs or decade later.

I think the groom has a cognitive/social disability, based on his mannerisms and such. He went totally blank when Karina tried to explain the concept of defaulting on bills to him. The mother probably has indulged him as compensation- and also it's easier to manage the disability if he gets his own way. She's probably thrilled that he is meeting a "normal" milestone of getting married and is indulging him even more. Bride probably happily accommodated his needs when they were dating but it's a whole different kettle of fish when you plan to marry

Cocktail receptions are more common these days. You have some chairs and small tables so people can sit or stand as they please. It opens up more venues were having tables and chairs might not be viable. However, it's also meant to save costs because you need less staff and cutlery etc. $85 person is expensive for cocktails. I assume that includes drinks though and I'm guessing the cost is high because they've picked a trendy hotel.

I have to say I'm genuinely shocked. According to Facebook not only are they still together but they have a sweet little boy. So she's got two little boys to take care of now! lol! Aww, bless her then. I would've throttled him.
P.S. At the end of each episode the family of each couple are thanked by name in the credits so you can investigate a little to see to see who's still together.
