Hearing about #2 tip made me think of this one match where this one person had the last dragonball and me and the other guy who had the majority of the dragonballs were chasing them while asking to hand over the last one. That person didn’t give it up until they were downed by the raider.
I would like to add to your #9 tip. Change power is a mobility tool as well. Hear me out, change power recharges faster the lower your change level so level 1 recharges with a single cool down drink, the higher your change level the longer it takes to refill(a good tip for if you are really close to hitting level 2 but are not charged, drink the cool down drink before reaching level 2 so your charge goes up higher than at level 2). If you use it early at level 1 it will recharge by the time you need it again. If you wait till the raider is on you he'll probably knock you out of it quickly and down you so use it earlier rather than sitting on it till the end of the match.
No way.. okay this is a lifehack for me bro I never used dragon charge as mobility because I thought it takes long regardless of lv?! But now I'm gonna use it to get around when lv 1 occasionally ❤️
Heres 1 important tip for playing survivor WORK WITH YOU TEAM do not be the guy that nobody likes that steals items or change power or doesnt help the lvl 4 in a fight JUST WORK WITH YOUR TEAM WELL
Honestly in my eyes if you follow the video and do all the thing I talk about, I’d consider you being a good teammate. I do mention in there at 6:19 about working with your team to fight the raider. There are roles though, I think half the people should help the lvl 4 and the others work on stm then swap when charge is depleted. Item stealing and not helping with fighting when someone is lvl 4 does grind my gears tho.
I also find it annoying when people: A: start stalking you and begging for your dragon ball while they only have 1, I only give my dragonball(s) when someone has more or of together we have all of them. The last thing you want is for the raider to easy get lots of dragon balls because someone desperately had to have yours as well. B: stealing item infront of someone, like when you rescue a civilian and then someone else snags your charge powers infront of you C: I’ve had this 3 times already, someone getting all the dragon balls , making the wish to get stronger and not doing anything with it🤬 just hovering around
Same here and also had too many games where the teammates is in front of me BUT they don’t revive even when the Raider is away and I get messages for being a bad teammate or for throwing the game
Key word of advice: sometimes raiders will like to dodge around the Time Machine and try to stall and destroy it. Keep in mind that if he is on the other side, don’t go around, but instead vanish towards him and you’ll do a vanish kick that is basically a melee
The first one is still a major issue to this day, I still remember a time where I summoned but the three people with changes didn't want to defend stm for 30 seconds
I agree with tip 2! I have had up to 4 dragon balls in one game and there is always 1 person where they just walk around and not give up the dragonball.
I gave up the last one to someone who had the rest, unfortunately it was in area X when the STM dropped and the raider ended up seeing me do it. They them attacked the survivor with the dragon balls so I went and attacked the raider to give them a chance to get away. Since I was transformed as Piccolo with the SBC the raider focused more on me and finished me off. I died but it paid off since the survivors won.
but there is also this one guy that too generous with dragon ball, he found one dragon ball and head straight up to the one who has the most dragon ball (who only have 3 at the time) leaving his designated area. Seriously only giving when there are 7 shown up or the one who has the most is near you lol

When if you can get the raider trapped in one of the small caves you could spam your super attack. I managed to nail a Freeza raider three times in a row before I had to run away.
Had my first match with a ball hoarder the other day. Sacrificed my life with a Lv 2 transformation to buy time as i watched a person with 2 balls and a person with 5 dance around the pedestal 2 areas over. After i was down, the 5-baller relented and the 2-baller activated the shrine just in time for Cell to rock up and take the wish for himself. The prick literally cost us the match because he wanted to be the hero.
i loved this and these are everything i wish people would be more aware of. number 10 is actully somthin i do and i will stop doing that! I do however will do somw of these things for one reason or another. If i dont like how reckless u are holding 5 dragonballs i will hold mine till that person has 6 as its not putting all our eggs in 1 basket. The raider could have the last one. I also probaly wont ever go out of my way to rez as my kit and playstyle is find the keys NOW. My kit is well suited for revival tho having bike, nimbus, and pod so i will revive when its apperent im in no danger or minimal danger, or i can pop a senzu. Other than that i normally feel its not worth it as i dont ever go down unless I'm fighting to stall or end. Its very rare i am wver caught or seen and if i am I can just energy barrior and wheel on out or im already podding away. Specially against buu u should never be going down or trying ur hardest not too as more often than not buus wincon is hit lvl 4
I have a tip to add, Survivors need to stop summoning shenron when the raider is nearby when they have all the DragonBalls. Another tip, stop using senzu beans immediately after being knocked down.
I did hear there was certain trophies/achievements that work counter to these tips like having a level 4 (wish) charge and landing the last attack means a survivor has to hoard the balls, or one involving time machine fleeing with three survivors which does mean play to escape.
I’m not saying doing it once is bad for going for achievements. That’s completely fine. It’s when it is a continual cycle of doing it every game after you get the achievements. That’s when we have issues
3:00 I do have a reason why i will leave teammates to die. Because some teammates only make things worse so its best to let some teammates die when you know that they are only gonna unintentionally feed the raider to lvl 4
@@varisthearcher For me, i think teammates who aren't able to escape the raider at least once in a match are feeders. Whether or not they are or aren't intentionally feeding.
@varisthearcher3184 In this game, there is no such thing as bad luck. Only bad skill. New players shouldn't really be playing the game since they don't have the active/passive's or have the skills to help a team. Even then, everyone has access to the floating device tech where you jump into the floating device while in your D change. So even new players don't have a proper excuse for getting downed. They only end up aiding the raider.
I feel like #8 is a really bad tip myself. While you can burst down Raider health by STM when you're facing Buu or Cell, in pubs Raiders like Ginyu, Vegeta and Zamasu do need to be engaged at a certain point. Especially Ginyu and Zamasu: Ginyu gains buffs based on which members of his Force survive, specifically Guldo granting him more HP and Recoome more damage, while Zamasu will lose if he's defeated after Level 1 and he's safest sniping out survivors with Special Attacks as Goku Black onwards - by forcing an engagement he's not able to get free change energy. Vegeta can be weakened by killing Nappa, which means he loses a powerful tool on STM phase, but the key is not getting downed and fueling his moon ball special. The reason jumping Buu and Cell works on STM is that Buu can recover from smaller engagements by finishing Survivors after Spopovich and Civs which is harder to do in a hostile environment while Cell can get to Level 4 very quickly if you engage poorly, so forcing him into one spot when he can't ignore objectives means he can't work on growing his power. I'd say "communicate on fighting or flighting" instead. If you can get the team to work together on jumping the Raider at an opportune moment, you can put the Raider in a severely bad position or even defeat them without needing to take the time to rush STM, especially with pub teammates who'd rather chase Dragon Balls or AFK.
While I do appreciate the tips this video is a bit out dated. this when there were only 3 raiders (frieza, cell, and buu.) for the time this video went public.
This is why i have less than a 50% win rate. Being a team player usually does lead me to not making it to the STM phase majority of the time. If you go down expect to go next game. Im not sure how pc players play. However, PS players dont fight without the dragon balls and wait for etm if the game is unwinnable for him. Why should i support a team if people don't play as one? Better advice is to sink money into the game and pray that you have the right loadout to be able to outplay the raider. Otherwise, prep to go next game if the raider can keep up with you.
I think fighting early can work in one instance. Spopovich. Spop is terrible at team fights so bullying him easily can at least make his life hell later on.
I normally only hide for the escape time machine if I can’t find enough charge power to help my team Because Most of the time because people are stealing my cube drops
The amount of players that hide like a lil punk and go on rants like this is amazing. I've seen matches where everyone is level 3 and the raider still isn't even level 2 yet the survivors won't engage.

I think many players wait for the STM to get destroyed because they're not confident in their skills, although I personally think the STM is an easier way to win and I wish more people would understand that. Like, it takes longer for it to be destroyed, if left alone it still charges and you can boost its charge. Meanwhile the ETM is easily destroyed which makes EVERYONE lose if it happens. Heck, in some scenarios the ETM is NOT the best option, lol.
i had this one match where my teammates (or the npcs idk it was a beginner match) kept trying to boot up the STM WHILE the raider was destroying it and i had to use dragon change, THEY HAD DRAGON CHANGE, but then my dragon change ran out and i just went up to the raider and weak punched him so he’d take time to hit me away and i DID get away through ETM but like th
Honestly kinda depends. If your db hunting that makes sense. I just feel like it’s your job if you spawn there, unless you get pushed off by raider or you’re trying to save someone. My opinion has changed a tad since I released this. Imma make a part 2 to this.
Yea true I had been loosing tons of games because of this but since I watch this video I have been doing much better and I have been winning so much more games a part to this video would be very good
To add onto #3, please stop rezing someone when the raider is near. I get downed, an Ulong comes to start reviving me, I hear the raider getting closer and closer and I'm spamming the scared Gohan stamp trying to say "STOP, THE RAIDER IS CLOSE. WE ARE GONNA DIE!" I get revived only to get downed again 1 second later and Ulong dies too and now the raider gets to kill me off because my teammate doesn't understand "There is no spawn protection." It's toxic and feeding, I'd rather die because of timeout than getting executed
so..... one time i managed to escape..... but it felt really close.... 3 people left me on the ground bleeding out the other 2 come and res me they also had the 7 split between em 4 on one 3 on the other...... the moment i got rezed i graphled, kai oh ken, and then biked away to the top cave in area c of the first map shown (not namek that map sucks) then after that and the raider got lv4 AND all 7 they hesatated while i was during that evo and them getting the 7 window used graphel + kai oh ken to get from that cave to mushroom area and managed to get away but man was i defenseless and i wasn't really sure ir they were gonna insta fire super or area destruction...... if they did i was probably traped..... but man..... if your facing freeza its bluddy no use he's too busted to try and escape or time mechine win unless ya manage to gank him with all lv3's and 4..... can ya do a weakness video going over all the raiders and there stages cause think that may help out alot with folks like me WHO BLUDDY HATE FREEZA AND WANT EVERY FREEZA PLAYER TO SUFFER
Quiet the novel you’ve written lol. I might be able to do a weaknesses video on certain levels raiders but to be honest some levels have no weakness so it’s all based on how the raider plays.
@@varisthearcher quite true..... freeza is one of those raiders who i feel personally after so many bad beats by him that has no flaws apart from that he's too strong.... other than if he gets ganked at all he might as well be done especially if they're stuck at lv2 or starting lv3 during super machine startup..... (this may or may not of just happened to a freeza i just faced as surv...... though we didnt get all 7 together till after about 75% through super mechine) but still.... the fact he finishes from range, gains points by doing and being delt damage, and has 2 of the most broken abilities period in his summons makes him easily the strongest raider in my eyes while cell is honestly the weakest (despite him being the one i played the most of)
There is a right way and a wrong way. Look I don’t have an issue with it IF there are like 3-4 up and super time machine goes down and the progress is 25% or less. But I DO have an issue if the entire team is working on it and it’s close to finishing (80-90%) and we have 2+ people hiding in a corner and we are close to winning. Maybe I’ll have to do an in depth video about when to get out and when to go for the dub 🤔.
@@varisthearcher I'm 💯 with you but the escape time machine is one of the hardest missions to complete because you have to be the one that calls for it and you have to have some people escape with you to get credit for it. I hate it but I have let the time machine get destroyed 😔 a few times on purpose just trying to complete this mission. I'm not sure if they changed it but this week you get credit for being on the ETM not just being the one that calls for it, maybe (fingers crossed) this helps so people aren't throwing the match as often. Good video and tips.

@@varisthearcher It’s not my normal play style it wat I gotta do if the raider is smart it doesn’t matter if there 7 lvl 3s with the buffs raider got making any raider pass lvl 2 super dangerous u can’t even dodge them like before because the hit box got bigger and they’re fast and damaged buff which make the one buff survivors about being able to take more damage in lvl 1 and 2 obsolete lvl 4 can’t even take much damage Thxs to the uncalled for buffs and nerfs

Additional Tip : Don't wear big gaudy costume that made you stand out like Angel Wing (This is rewarded early and many new players use it)

I often like to climb on walls around cave entrance when i know the raider is going inside. Works almost everytime.

Also if your lvl4 please don't fight the raider by yourself unless the raider is an absolute bot
Ok with 9 there is one exception, which is bounce pad. It recharges fast, and saves you so much time climbing

I agree, that is a completely different situation. I was mainly referring to people that aren’t feeding not getting picked up.

so..... one time i managed to escape..... but it felt really close.... 3 people left me on the ground bleeding out the other 2 come and res me they also had the 7 split between em 4 on one 3 on the other...... the moment i got rezed i graphled, kai oh ken, and then biked away to the top cave in area c of the first map shown (not namek that map sucks) then after that and the raider got lv4 AND all 7 they hesatated while i was during that evo and them getting the 7 window used graphel + kai oh ken to get from that cave to mushroom area and managed to get away but man was i defenseless and i wasn't really sure ir they were gonna insta fire super or area destruction...... if they did i was probably traped..... but man..... if your facing freeza its bluddy no use he's too busted to try and escape or time mechine win unless ya manage to gank him with all lv3's and 4..... can ya do a weakness video going over all the raiders and there stages cause think that may help out alot with folks like me WHO BLUDDY HATE FREEZA AND WANT EVERY FREEZA PLAYER TO SUFFER
Quiet the novel you’ve written lol. I might be able to do a weaknesses video on certain levels raiders but to be honest some levels have no weakness so it’s all based on how the raider plays.
@@varisthearcher quite true..... freeza is one of those raiders who i feel personally after so many bad beats by him that has no flaws apart from that he's too strong.... other than if he gets ganked at all he might as well be done especially if they're stuck at lv2 or starting lv3 during super machine startup..... (this may or may not of just happened to a freeza i just faced as surv...... though we didnt get all 7 together till after about 75% through super mechine) but still.... the fact he finishes from range, gains points by doing and being delt damage, and has 2 of the most broken abilities period in his summons makes him easily the strongest raider in my eyes while cell is honestly the weakest (despite him being the one i played the most of)

Playing to get out is unfortunately a weekly mission
There is a right way and a wrong way. Look I don’t have an issue with it IF there are like 3-4 up and super time machine goes down and the progress is 25% or less. But I DO have an issue if the entire team is working on it and it’s close to finishing (80-90%) and we have 2+ people hiding in a corner and we are close to winning. Maybe I’ll have to do an in depth video about when to get out and when to go for the dub 🤔.
@@varisthearcher I'm 💯 with you but the escape time machine is one of the hardest missions to complete because you have to be the one that calls for it and you have to have some people escape with you to get credit for it. I hate it but I have let the time machine get destroyed 😔 a few times on purpose just trying to complete this mission. I'm not sure if they changed it but this week you get credit for being on the ETM not just being the one that calls for it, maybe (fingers crossed) this helps so people aren't throwing the match as often. Good video and tips.

Well now that raider been buff too fucking hard and the keys and the STM nerf ETM is just the better option and equip S.O.S makes calling it faster
It is harder now yes, but there are still key situations where you can win instead of playing to escape.
@@varisthearcher not reall the STM is far to slow and me sitting there only just feed the raider the only choice now is to just let them destroy it

@@varisthearcher It’s not my normal play style it wat I gotta do if the raider is smart it doesn’t matter if there 7 lvl 3s with the buffs raider got making any raider pass lvl 2 super dangerous u can’t even dodge them like before because the hit box got bigger and they’re fast and damaged buff which make the one buff survivors about being able to take more damage in lvl 1 and 2 obsolete lvl 4 can’t even take much damage Thxs to the uncalled for buffs and nerfs
