UPDATED Incan Guide for 4Star LGTF (NO PHASE SHIFT NEEDED)

Here is an UPDATED Incan walkthrough for the 4* LGTF!
While Phase Shift is preferred for running incan, as it's faster and safer, you can indeed run through all of the LGTF without Phase Shift if you know what to prioritize and look for little "checkpoints" along the way.
If you ever feel you need to, you can always TP someone on your team who has Target Teleport to different safe checkpoints so that you don't have to run all the way from the beginning if you do get caught or stuck.
