(City of Heroes: Homecoming) Mission Architect: MWHA Part 2: We Need Ratings!

So, I finally got around to braving the 2nd act in the Meta-Human Wrestling Association arc. It's so much more brutal than the first.
As usual, I ran at +4/x8 with AVs off in order to preserve difficulty without needlessly inflating the runtime.
Throughout this arc, I am trying my best to make sure players are struggling, and it shows. I don't have a single toon that can handle this without a ton of deaths, so I stuck to my guns and brought the Elec/Elec Tank I used in Part 1.
You'll see very quickly that these missions are nigh-impossible for a soloer. I had to pull out all the stops, make multiple trips for inspirations, and just hope for the best in a lot of encounters. I even asked for help just to speed things along, but no dice.
