Update after a few months: these batteries dropped voltage a bit and were working intermittently, so I ended up soldering in new OEM Panasonic ones. I don't recommend changing out to another similar voltage battery like I did, as these fobs are more sensitive to the voltage (CR2032 battery works fine after transferring to a Chrysler fob and will be good for probably five years or so there).
