Kevin Warren said the lake is the most beautiful piece of art in the city. And the stadium has a giant window that faces the buildings and absolutely no view of the lake.
Don’t fall for it. That stadium window is designed to face the skyline from Arlington Heights looking southeast.

I agree about the tail gating comment. There has been no plans in consideration for fans that love to do tailgating. Yes that has become bigger than attending a game inside the stadium. They can fix all that and have the greatest tailgating area if they would build in Arlington Heights. There is no practical plans with this new stadium plans to stay in the City of Chicago. Staying in Chicago they will just stay status quote with fan experience with a new stadium if they stay in the City of Chicago. Other teams are going to have way better new stadium then Chicago Bears. That's sad for a historical franchise with the largest market. It is basically a cookie cutter fix for a new stadium.

For a city with architectural history, this stadium is as cookie cutter as it comes. No imagination. The only believable aspect of this presentation is what the campus will look like when the old stadium comes down and becomes a park with the Bears playing in Arlington Heights.

No parking, no tailgating, no restuarants, no fan experience outside the stadium. Way to stay average Chicago Bears. 3rd largest NFL market treating its fans like they're from Peoria. This is a city of Chicago charity stadium not really a stadium to generate revenue or make your fans happy. The Bears are playing their games at a park district football field. So exciting!!!! LOL Fans will be rushed out of the area by 4pm on Sundays cuz the over 50 yr old beer league 16 inch softball league gets the fields and parking. They will never let you tailgate on any of those open fields. WHo is going to drag their chairs/tables/beer/meat a mile to tailgate? No one ever.

The way it's described this is 100% a bluff. No way they have a rendering of that ugly stadium with a park you can't use 9 months of the year and no parking and plans to play while they do construction there.
