You can go to the government website and register with a username and password then check where it says business and click on LLC company, after you can do it step by step filling up all the questions, but you can check a CZcams channel with the name ( LLC university ), he explains everything very clear and you can do it yourself, and you don’t need to pay to legal zoom or others company extra money.

I almost payed Legal zoom up to $200 for an operating agreement and an EIN. Fotunately I had talked to a small business advisor from SCORE, so I knew better.
@@starbugmechanic5236 same!!! I saw they offered EIN and was like "let me go look this up because I could have sworn you can get it for free". Plus their calculation for the state licensing fee wasn't adding up to me. My state also doesn't require an operating agreement so I'm making my own.
But some of us enter business from different paths and we've seen the worst and would sometimes rather pay someone to do it right then to damage something that may end up costing more money to fun do what we screwed up but yeah I understand what you say

Looks like you have to apply for your llc first. Because on the EIN application you have to state the name of your business just as it is on your license. That was in the video ✨️

You will need to register your business before applying for an EIN number. Without a business, there is no need to apply for an EIN number . I hope this helps.

EIN has been free forever. There is this company the posses as the IRS. If you not careful, they will get you. They get lots of folks. But EIN is free.

You will need to register your business before applying for an EIN number. Without a business, there is no need to apply for an EIN number . I hope this helps.

EIN has been free forever. There is this company the posses as the IRS. If you not careful, they will get you. They get lots of folks. But EIN is free.

About the llc part do we have to have a license I’m 15 and do we just put our name or the name of our business 5:32
You'll only select LLC if you have an LLC prior to getting your EIN. Otherwise you will choose sole proprietor
This helps! By the way, how long does it takes for you to get your EIN? I heard it takes up to 4 months under extreme cases.
Mine was auto-approved after applying and I was able to download the pdf right away to print it off.
