Can you imagine walking i-YES… I don’t even have to hear the rest of the sentence YES I can imagine me being there! Great video! Staging an open concept like that must be hard. I love the choice of stainless steel appliances! The multi-gen suite would be a great idea. I wonder if the floors are cold, depending on what is under the tile. The front room is the “you can come over but don’t get comfortable room” lol. The WINDOWS! I would never leave the master wing! Love that the shower handles are away from the shower head. I wonder what direction the sun comes up, looks close to Red Rock Canyon. Another great video! Looking forward to the rest of the series! Please keep going!

How does Vegas understand that couples want to share every space in the house EXCEPT the water closet? This house was a little too modern for my taste but it could grown on me in 60 seconds or less. Another great video
Very impressive home! I would turn it into a high-end restaurant, but local zoning laws would probably not allow it. From what I understand, Toll Brothers builds quality homes. After watching this a second time, this house only comes with a one-car garage? That is ridiculous! This house must not be as big as it appears to be in the video.
Nice huge house but small lots with neighbore right next to you ! No privacy ! for that price they could have give you a bigger lot further away from your neighbors!
