    This is a great box-ticking training session and one of the main reasons people hate safety. You can now tick the box that training has been done, but nobody learned a thing. They just got talked to by the safety officer. And now they're behind schedule and have to take shortcuts to catch up on their work. Safety itself became a hazard.
