The hospital or the funeral home stole those organs and sold them I know that it’s the police officers son that was the prime suspect....... but the organs had to be taking within a few hours for them to be valuable so it may have been a few people involved you’d be surprised how many peoples organs are missing

This story is literally disgusting. I will NEVER believe a healthy, sane teenager crawls into a mat and dies with blunt force trauma. How does that even hold up before the law? They did absolutely nothing for this family.
This family not only had to cope with losing Kendrick but also deal with no one caring enough about his life to find out what really happened to him! This case is truly sad on so many ways!
I been waiting on this. The way he died was disgusting & then his organs went missing. Every judge refused to take the case it was definitely foul play. The way the justice department handle this case was sooo unfair !

His organs were discarded by the funeral home following the autopsy. It isn't a mystery what happened to them. Since he was found a day after he died, his body had begun decomposing, so they wouldn't have kept his partially decomposed organs.

No, they found his body with organs missing and crumpled up newspaper found in the areas where his organs were supposed to be. So it was a way for the killer to cover up what other injuries kendrick might’ve gotten and to hide a way to determine a time of death.

That would have been former Sheriff Prine. After the coroner at the time, said that it was homicide... Then when the Sheriff at the time came out and said it was an accident EVERYONE was in agreement with it.

With all 36 cameras in that gym, no camera saw what happened after he entered the gym? Secondly, his shoulders were wider than the hole opening of the mat. I don't know what happened, but the actual facts of this case don't add up, and if you're being honest you'd say the same thing.
@K MB No it did not. There were also holes in the suspects alibi. The suspect said he left for a game at certain time but the camera caught otherwise. There was also blood splatter on the wall that was not tested. You can find this from the case and also see the cameras were tampered with. They spoke about this all over the news. The suspects father was an ex fbi agent and mother was a prosecutor.

If the mat was rolled up and he dropped something down inside of it then tried to reach it (whatever he was reaching for possible just a little out of reach) and then losing his balance ending up head down inside the mat and was not able to get out then he could easily die of positional asphyxia. The bully killed him, and his dad is the police chief. So the bully called his dad, his dad stuffed the body in the mat to make it look like a accident. When clearly he was beaten to death. The first coroner worked for the police, so he obviously covered it up. But they also removed his organs and sold them on the black market. Then stuffed this poor kid full of newspaper.

One of the brothers had a gf and there were rumors that his gf had a crush on KJ. That's what led to his murder. KJ couldn't be bullied because most people liked him. The Bell brothers dad worked for the GBI at the time.
The case was closed again with a scathing synopsis issued by the sheriff. The sheriff went so far as to offer a half million dollars as a reward for evidence. No one brought forth a thing.
This should have been up dated by ABC.

I graduated high school in 2011. This happened right around this time... I hope he gets justice🙏🏼 his family and him deserves it!!
A) He couldn’t “fall” into the mat. A person or persons rolled him up and placed the mat where it was found.
B) the organs going missing - they needed to get rid of them because they would have probably showed evidence (things like a lacerated organ, etc) of a serious beating. That was not mere negligence.
I bet the guilty family will move. There’s a can of worms opening up.
You can very easily fall into a mat like that if it is placed vertically and you're reaching into it, and its almost impossible to get yourself out. His organs missing doesn't mean anything suspicious happened. They couldn't donate his organs because they were no longer viable because he had been dead for too long, so the funeral home disposed of them. That's what happens when bodies are embalmed, organs are either donated or disposed of. Even if they were trying to cover something up, that would have to mean that the funeral director and the mortician were also in on this conspiracy to cover up a murder for people they don't even know. It just doesn't make sense.

You can tell that the mom has had to do this multiple times. She looks exhausted and just used to trying to get someone to hear her. I hope that family gets justice for their son.
I'm thrilled that this case has reopened. I remember seeing it on a crime show many years ago. It's been a long time coming. Kendrick Johnson and his family will get the justice they deserve.

I can relate to this tragedy, It is also refreshing to see this Very important Situation received adequate reporting. 2015 my son was shot and robbed In Stone Mountain Georgia. Although he was still alive before they transported Him to Grady hospital In Atlanta Georgia, It took several days to find him Because he was listed as a John Doe. Finally, after tracking down my son's remains, we discovered His brain was Missing, and 2 large puncture wounds Was on his neck and all the blood was drained out of his body. The authorities have covered the story up, Neither would the news media Report it, I hope that your victory will help us find answers.

"Allegedly" those 3 boys followed him into that gym & one of them beat KJ with a heavy bar bell. Then they rolled him up in that gym mat. That's why KJ's face was so badly disfigured. Dad of the two brothers involved works for the F.B.I. so it was swept under the rug or so they thought but justice is on its way. ALL involved need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! What got to me was when they photographed Kendrick still in the Matt, the shoes he was trying to find were not in his hands or at the floor, but behind his legs. No way could he have done that by himself.

It AMAZES me how many people refuse to look at the evidence and just accept that this young man died from a tragic accident.. his shoes fell into the mat, he attempted to get them back and fell inside. His attempts to free himself only resulted in him sliding further into the mat. He hung upside down until the blood that rushed to his head killed him.. I can’t remember this particular kids name but a young man who was also a high schooler was killed when the third row seat in his minivan flipped back as he leaned over it while reaching into the back, it locked in the back position, trapping him upside down.. he also died from being trapped in an upside down position.. it was a tragic, freak accident and the sooner people realize that the sooner his family can move on and stop trying to sue anyone they think they can get a dollar off of..

This is bs. I know for a fact it takes several people to roll up someone up in a wrestling matt....at least two. Why? I used to wrestle. We did it rarely, but on occasion we'd get rolled up in the matt after a workout in order to sweat out a few extra ounces. Nobody goes in headfirst. The head must be placed near the end hole of the mat. If not it's very hard to breath in there. And scary due to the weight of the mat. Some assholes put him in there. At minimum this is a manslaughter case. Prayers for his family. RIP Kendrick.

What gets me is that the autopsy and news reports were stupid enough to think I was stupid to believe the "official report". That's an insult to me. I wasn't born yesterday and I always believed that this kid was murdered.
