We didn't even know, until taking a class at the show in Dallas, how to set the warmer correctly, consistently of the wax we needed, difference in wax or what film wax ment. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

@@GlamAndBeyond I have know idea which one is better, the soft or the hard. I only tried hard for under arm and face before. The one I bought seems not work effective
