Hi thanks for watching, anyone who does any type of training will show you the way they were trained, if they were were able to explain to you the why and why not you should continue to do as you have been shown by your instructor 😊 As to causing internal damage I see that being said/talked about frequently online. There has not been any conclusive research that has proven that to be a fact. Now too much of anything is not good for the body which is why it’s important to not over do it with the amount of areas being treated in one day, also not doing treatments too close in days, communicating with client and asking the correct questions regarding their medical history, for ex do they have autoimmune disease etc. Not knowing the clients history can cause damage. 💕

Thank you for this video. Very helpful and detailed for an intro. I paid for this treatment last year with a lady in my city and she did not do all that. All she did was massage my abdomen and put the infrared light panels on me for 30 min then wrapped the area in hot cream and plastic wrap. I thought there should be more to it. Would it be ok to use a cellulite hot cream and wrap the client after this routine you demoed?
Should rf be used at the same frequency as cavitation? If cavitation treatment is once every 7 days should RF also be every 7 days as well? Heard RF needs to be less frequent due to disrupting the collagen reproduction cycle which is 4 to 6 weeks. So I am slightly confused.
If you are referring to RF Microneedling (typically done one the face) than yes it’s advices that clients wait 4-6 weeks in between treatments but for stomach or body contouring spacing treatments 7-10 days apart and doing cavitation, vacuum & RF is 👍🏼 as long as your client does not have any contraindications.

Search cavitation contouring machines and go with the best reviews and a brand that will also provide instructions on how their machine operates. I bought mines over 2 years ago and as you know manufacturing and companies change . 😊

An excellent video 😍🙏🤩I bought a small Maschine from Ali express ( looks very similar to the one on the video ) , but they are not sending me the right settings for it . What would you recommend for the vacuum & release and the RF , how to set them right? ( strength etc ) 😊
Hi Well there is no set settings it’s always based on client tolerance but also starting low and building up . Lately I have not been setting the release on the vacuum only the suction and again not too strong you have to be able to tolerate it without causing damage to the skin 🙂

Hi I use grape seed because It’s light and not thick , I’m sure there are other options in the market just keep in mind you do not want it to be a thick oil. 😊
Thank you so much! Great video! I have a question. I just purchased a device with cavitation, suction + RF. I am just doing treatments on myself for now. I've been really shocked by the suction strength, even at level 1. It's suuuuuper strong. Too strong for me and I wouldn't use on clients. I'm not sure if this is a quirk of my device or if they are usually like this. Any tips? When I look at the strength levels, I have it on the lowest setting. Thanks for any thoughts! Are there tricks or techniques to make it less intense?
Hi It sounds like you need to set the release of the suction machine as well, I mentioned it in the video as well the part where I showed the machine before the demo. check to see if you machine has a setting for suction and next to it the release on the screen. Hope this helps

Movement are basically same but I highly recommend you look up a lymphatic diagram for a reference for direction that will help you a lot 😊

I use grape seed because It’s light and not thick , I’m sure there are other options in the market just keep in mind you do not want it to be a thick oil. 😊
Thank you so much! Great video! I have a question. I just purchased a device with cavitation, suction + RF. I am just doing treatments on myself for now. I've been really shocked by the suction strength, even at level 1. It's suuuuuper strong. Too strong for me and I wouldn't use on clients. I'm not sure if this is a quirk of my device or if they are usually like this. Any tips? When I look at the strength levels, I have it on the lowest setting. Thanks for any thoughts! Are there tricks or techniques to make it less intense?
Hi It sounds like you need to set the release of the suction machine as well, I mentioned it in the video as well the part where I showed the machine before the demo. check to see if you machine has a setting for suction and next to it the release on the screen. Hope this helps

Usually “A" is continuous working for 3 sec and discontinuous for 2 sec. “B" is continuous working for 4 sec and discontinuous for 3sec. “C" is continuous working for 1 sec and discontinuous for 1 sec. Page 6. "D" is continuous working for 0.5 sec and discontinuous for 0.5sec.

Hi, great details. Which is a good gel to use? After testing it in a small area on my leg, I felt burning sensation. What numbers do you recommend for cavitation?
I use a water soluble sonogram gel, you shouldn’t feel a burning sensation with cavitation, adjust to your comfort.
