This was really YUMMY!!!. Enjoy our first time watching Bee Gees Too much heaven. Watch us as we try to simultaneously provide some our vocal analysis and angles you may never have considered. I found the ascending trumpet chord progression pretty exciting, voice placement and more. Rewind if you need too as things go by fast!

Hi My PenPals💕. Listen to my latest song releses“Seasons”, out now: fanlink.to/-Seasons & “Little Girl In His Presence”, out now: fanlink.to/LittleGirlinHisPresence. Thanks
10 yr. old instagram scam. No one is listening
THE BEE GEES "I'VE GOTTA GET A MESSAGE TO YOU" & "I STARTED A JOKE"...CLASSICS..TRUTH!!
Yes, is real
Hi gorgeous !
Hi beautiful, If you loved this song, you might like the Bee Gee's "How deep is your love" song. Another song you might like is Tom Jones "I'll never fall in love again" and is old in black and white video. Or Elvis Presley's "In the Ghetto" or "If I can dream". Love your react and channel.
Melody, harmony and soul. That's what's missing in current music.
You missed talent 🙂
At 54 years old... I was part of this generation. Loved their beautiful music. I also love watching the younger generations listen to their God given talent in awe.
Great generation 🥳
No voice over no auto tune no lip syncing just raw talent !!!
I grew up listening to the Bee Gees, & you have no idea how happy it makes me, to see the younger generation discover the music we fell in love with !!! Barry Gibb, in my opinion, has the best falsetto voice ever, & what makes it so incredible, is that in his falsetto, he also used his vibrato, which is very rare! Thank you so much for this, they were brothers, & Barry is the last one, but please review more of their music, you will not be disappointed, & they span over years, & crossed many genres 😍 I also believe, that if there is music in Heaven, it would sound like the Bee Gee's ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Sandlylee wow imagine a song like this! Wow I am so glad my PenPals kept insisting I see this 💕
I fully agree, I watch these videos just to see reactions from the younger generation to show what they could have missed out on.
He does have a fantastic falsetto voice but so did Franky Valli of The Four Seasons.
@@michaelvanbuskirk8845 Yes, you are absolutely correct, I loved Franky Valli's falsetto also!!! One of my favorites from him is *Sherry Baby*, his falsetto is amazing in that song, along with, Big Girls don't cry & Rag Doll........If anyone reading this thread would like to hear the song I am talking about, here is the link: czcams.com/video/3pWBnodrR1M/video.html
I love there songs “how deep is your love” and “how can you mend a broken heart”
Hi Jamie💕
their
Great songs.
The Bee Gees were the greatest ever! Their music touches your heart and soul! Watch Fanny be tender with my love!
Lol- I didn’t see your post and I just suggested the same thing about the song Fanny.
Fanny is the best song in the world.....no doubt!!
Might want to try Massachusetts and For Whom the Bell Tolls!!
Try How Deep is Your Love. It will blow your mind too
They blend so well cuz they are brothers🌹
Wow that makes sense my sister sings too and when we harmonize it is lovely as well we used to do duets all the time is one of our favorite things to do. Hi Jamie💕
They were more than disco, they were smooth and soulful.
Big brother Barry Gibb and his twin younger brothers Robin (in white) and Maurice in black. They all shared leads in many songs they wrote together- over 1100- through 5 decades. Only Sir Barry Gibb , now; is still alive. With the twins passing tragically too young Maurice (Morris) at 53 in 2003 and Robin at 62 in 2012. RIP.
Harmonizing together since Barry, the middle one was 9 and the not identical twins were 6. Love the fact that it is more natural. Many today are screaming instead which is not nice on the ears.
Exactly very sweet to the ears💕
I'm 69 years old, and I think I just took the Bee Gees for granted in my younger days. They were really great.
Awwh 💕
Same... I liked their songs but I didn't follow them... now I am addicted to these reaction videos
The problem with Bee gees is they did the falsetto so well, nobody in the history ever since tried to emulate it because it would be a disrespect.
Ha ha ha
Falsetto with vibrato - very hard afaik.
The reason they never tried it was because they knew they couldn't do it
Great reaction video! Bee Gees fun fact... what do these 3 massive #1 hit's by the Bee Gees ( Tragedy, Too Much Heaven & Shadow Dancing) all have in common? Not only were they all #1 hits from 1979 but they were all written on the same afternoon! it's crazy when you even think about how talented these 3 brothers were!! The harmonies & Barry's falsetto are second to none! There will never be another group like this again........EVER!
Wow that’s cool💕
3 brothers born to sing! The brothers Gibb aka bee gees. Oldest in the middle is Barry Gibb and the twin brother maurice on the right and robin on the left.
Wow Kelley you can say that again💕
Oh wow twins?💕
Their younger brother was a solo artist. Andy Gibb
I’m getting the biggest kick seeing the young crowd finally coming around and finding these old tunes of my favorite group ever the Bee Gees my hats off to the sisters out there that has very good taste yes they had their own sound and they sang with soul enjoy ladies
So beautiful ...yep that's the Bee Gees effect.
Yo Miguel what a trip this song took us on 💕
What a lot of people don't realize is that Barry suffered from spinal issues and the falsetto was quite painful for him. He was frequently in agonizing pain. Yet it never ever showed. And that's pure showmanship.
Wow that’s amazing Angela welcome to the PenPal Family 💕Have you heard my new song releases? Listen to “Seasons", out now: fanlink.to/-Seasons

bee gees love you inside out
Left to right, they are Robin Gibb (in white with hands on hips), Barry Gibb (lead vocals on this song), and Maurice Gibb, the (B)rothers (G)ibb or BGs. That's where the name Bee Gees comes from.
The name also came from Barry Gibb, Barbara Gibb, and Bill Gates. All the BGs in the room. Bill Gates (not the one Americans know) gave them their name. Later they turned it into Bee Gees.
Your reactions are so delightful! This is a song that many women I have known over the years like and obviously you're no exception. The depth of your response though is what I especially appreciate. You feel the music. Also, it is obvious that you have knowledge and experience in the world of music. This allows your reaction to be of a deeper sort than many other people's. And I suppose that's why I appreciate your reactions. The Bee Gees do sound great in their harmonies. I suspect this is largely because they were brothers that were raised together, spoke and learned to talk and sing together, and as such they share a common and complementary diction between them. I've noticed a number of family groups over the years that share the same sort of tonal and blending quality. Thank you so much for the excellent reaction (which you always give)! Here's to your next one! 🙏🙂❤️
Oh Wow thanks Russell to your attention to our videos💕
bee gees how deep is your love
Hello💕
The brothers started performing in 1958. Barry, the older brother and lead singer is the lone surviving brother. The twins both passed away, Maurice in 2003 and Robin in 2012.
😭 Hello Alleneh💕
I was so lucky to born during these disco era. Best songs with true meaning of life
There is a world of music that if heard would return to greatness.
Just listen to how deep is your love by the Bee Gees
This is their masterpiece!
The Buff well said! Welcome to the PenPal Family 💕
Barry (middle) is the lone Gibb after losing his brothers: Robin (2012) and Maurice (2003). Plus, he lost brothers' youngest brother, Andy back in 1988 at 30. There is an interview by TV Network in Australia. Interview is called The Last Bee Gee. In the piece, Barry explain how he gotten the Falsetto.
😭 wow that must be sad to loose both brothers
@@MrsPenPal Plus, Barry loses his younger brother, Andy in 1988. But he has kids plus he is an uncle to his brothers' kids too. His son, Steve Gibb plays in his band.
One thing I have not seen mentioned is they wrote almost everything they recorded plus hits for other artists.
That’s awesome
"Stayin Alive", "More Than A Woman" and "Night Fever" are amongst their best!
Hi Paddy 💕
This has to be far and away the most beautiful song ever recorded...ever.
The harmonies are pure vocal perfection.
I'm left in tears every time I hear it.
I bet a LOT of babies were made with this and “How Deep is Your Love” as a background!
Thank you for your reaction! The Bee Gees were one of the greatest vocal bands of all time, in addition to being brothers. Sadly only Barry is still with us. You have so many great songs to look forward to, I envy you! Go for it and we will be here cheering you on and enjoying watching your experience all of this goodness!!
Yes envy me 💕
With Bee Gees, you've got much to discover. They recorded nearly for 5 decades, and Barry, the tall one in the middle, does it still. Next you should check out "For Whom The Bell Tolls", a song like a cathedral, really epic.
Hello Peter💕. Thank you
"I told you he could do it" that's too funny! I loved your reaction once again! Thank you!
The Bee Gees were the greatest ever! Their music touches your heart and soul! Watch Fanny be tender with my love 💓

The Bee Gees’ sound evolved from pop to R&B in what became the disco music era, but it was their falsetto that was their unmistakable trademark… and it came about by accident many years into their career.
In the HBO documentary “How Can You Mend a Broken Heart,” surviving Bee Gee, Barry Gibb, takes viewers inside the studio, showing archival footage performing with his brothers Maurice and Robin and honing their signature sound.
In 1975, the band took the advice of veteran rocker Eric Clapton and went down to Miami to record their first album since the split at Criteria Studios in 1969. “I thought those guys were really an R&B band that hadn’t really worked that out yet, and I thought, man, this would be so good if they could pick up on what’s going on in America,” Clapton said.

It was in Miami that the Bee Gees began experimenting with new sounds, piggybacking on the influence of R&B and shows like “Soul Train.” While recording “Nights on Broadway,” producer Arif Mardin asked that someone harmonize while screaming in the background, Maurice remembered. That was the first time Barry sang falsetto.
“I was thinking, my god, where is this coming from? I can do this. My whole life I never knew I could do this,” Barry joked.
“Everybody’s giving me credit,” Mardin said in the film. “No, he was singing it. I said, ‘Keep on doing it.'”
The band soon embraced disco and dance music, making use of Barry’s falsetto, which he wields with almost astonishing ease. “We found another sound; we found a new sound. I came up with a lot of new ideas to suit the falsetto,” Barry remembered. “Everybody was saying the same thing: ‘Do that falsetto again, do that falsetto again.’ It was fine for me; I was having a ball.”
Bee Gees the greatest group ever and that ever will be!!
Hi Gerard💕
The Bee Gee’s (brothers Barry, Robin & Maurice Gibb) wrote & released Too Much Heaven in 1978. It was already topping charts world wide when they performed it Jan. 1979, for The United Nations Children's Fund fundraiser, “Music for UNICEF.” They then donated all royalties & the publishing rights to UNICEF, the 1st band to make such a donation to charity. The last official tally I saw was 2011, saying UNICEF had received more than 10 million British pounds from it, for emergency food & healthcare. Elsewhere someone said it hit 20 million as of 2019 (but I haven’t found an official source for that).
Wow what a heart 💛 💕
A beautiful lady reacting to one of the great songs ever.........reactions are awesome 👏
Hi Eric! Did you listen to my new songs yet?
The Bee Gees were the first group to have at least one UK no. 1 in three different decades: the 60s, 70s and 80s.
💕💕💕
And Barry's brand new album went #1 in the UK in January
yea the bee gees to me is just untouchable. they will forever be that great group you never forget.
I think we got another bee gees she found love like so many other girls what voices
What you are hearing/feeling is the synergies of real Brothers, who have had ups and downs, triumph and tragedy. They were the biggest Musical group in the World for almost a decade, and at the top for over 25 years, yet you never heard of any scandals. They can sing about Love because all 3 of them were (RIP Maurice and Robin), and are, great family men, fathers and husbands.
Wow💕
As real as it gets. Also, you should check out Stayin Alive, also by the Bee Gees.
Hi Carlos, welcome to the PenPal Family💕
@@MrsPenPal Thank you!
Thanks, PenPal! This is a gorgeous rendition, indeed - the falsetto harmonies of these three brothers are pretty much unmatched, in my opinion -- as a singer yourself, I see your appreciation - look forward to more! (BTW, Robin, with his hands on hips - so casual -- he is my favorite - lol)
Lols thanks that Hip motion took me out I love how precise they are 💕
That's the kind of sympathetic harmonizing only brothers can do. It was not learned, it was instinctual, like finishing each other's sentences - only better. They couldn't read music, yet they were proliferate writers who wrote their own music as well as for many others. How'd they do it? They finished each other's sentences. They completed each other.
New subscriber you are beautiful and musically tasteful. You are so worth coming back for more reactions 😻

This was from their disco years in the '70s. They had a different sound in the '60s at the original height of their careers. They recorded some beautiful songs during that period such as 'To Love Somebody", "Words" and "Massachusettes". One of my favorites is one of their lesser known songs "First of May".
I really love their older songs also.
This is not a disco song. It happened to be from the era they also did some disco but they never were just a disco band.
beeharbour I think they did this in 1959 .
@@weekuah They were still kids in 1959. They weren't recording yet.
NOOO Way they were there best in the 70s HANDS DOWN,,
One of the best songs ever written just amazing
Yes it's real and what we have with the Bee gees it's called TALENT.
The entire BEEGEES catalog of music is brilliance
Three guys pulling off perfect harmony in those falsetto voices was incredible
You can say that again!
Love is such a beautiful thing.

Love it!!!
Out of all the reactions I have seen of this song, yours is the best. Like some other viewers have said, you have the depth and knowledge to appreciate the song.
Wow Jack this song was just so beautiful I really enjoyed it 💕
A beautiful masterpiece ❤️
Great Band of Brothers. Barry is the oldest and unfortunately the only one left with us. The youngest, Andy, passed due to cardiac arrest in the 80’s, Maurice due to surgical complications, and Robin from cancer and man was he a fighter. Barry has written more hit songs than any one artist in the history of rock/pop music. He’s an incredible talent.

Hi David💕
What a joy it is to see and feel your heart open up like a flower. This is the perfect love song with a tinge of grief, for we are all starved of love and heaven.
lol, yes sweetheart, it's real
Lols 😂 💕
Mrs. P, try Words by the Bee Gees. Gorgeous song.
Some of the “Words” videos that others react to (especially from the One Night Only concert) cut Barry off before he’s finished. Try the live version from 1979.
Barry (the lead singer in "Too Much Heaven") does a solo for "Words." There are many videos, but in his old age, he can no longer do that last breathy vibrato at the end, so he just kind of shrugs and winks. Therefore, try one of his "Words" performances from an earlier time.
YES Words!
It’s fun to watch the women, who see The Bee Gees for the first time, just melt when hearing their lyrics! Says a lot about their lasting musicianship.
This was the 70's it was a good time
Very good!!React For whom the bell tolls live Bee Gees...

They have so many great songs - love the Bee Gees! (Brothers Gibb)

Hi Nur💕
Hi to, Salam Dari Indonesia, 🇮🇩
These guys were INCREDIBLE!! Barry Gibb, in the center had an AMAZING!! Falsetto!! They were all AMAZING!! Really.
The Bee Gee's in their career produced over 200 songs, and had a Top 10 song in the 1950's, 1960's, 1970's, 1980's, and 1990's. They also had songs of theirs sung by barbara striesand, dolly parton, celine deon, and others.
Beautiful. So is the song.
💕🌼🌸🚀
I loved your reaction my dear.
Ha ha ha ! you young folks need to listen to good music more often, it has the effect of calming your spirit .😎
It's like they're singing only to you; their love is yours to possess.
You’ve been BeeGeed! It happened to the rest of us! 🥰🥰🥰
Fun fact my initials is actually BG 😅
Your energy/love fills me--thank you!
Happy to hear that Wilson! Thanks for watching.
One small note about the beegees is that they would show up in the studio on the day to record and create nearly all of there songs on the spot. The didnt prewrite many of there songs. It comes from a lifetime of creating together as brothers.
I grew up listening to this as a 90s kid-teen . While i enjoyed "green day" like everyone else these songs gave you a feeling the current songs didn't and that's true today. Even then I envisioned dancing with a girl you liked on the disco floor. Was abit funny then now but as an adult I appreciate this music far more. While those songs where all about scoring there was something magical about these older songs. More gentleman like, more romantic. Not at all like today's music. I'm now glad my parents blasted this on the radio when I was a kid.
