Best translation of Dao De Jing would in my opinion be by Stephen Mitchell you can access it by googling taoteching organism, first result.
The "translator" was a student of Zen so he understood it which can clearly be seen from the text unlike the people who studied literature and languages and translated it by best translations of the word.
