The two craftsmen in Cambridge are a real blessing! The way they handle those windows ... We call these people, men with "golden hands" 🌷 love from Holland
Ben & Paul's kitchen renovation was stunning - such a masterful use of space. This is a very interesting program, the homeowners have so much vision and talent, but are let down by extremely weak & hackneyed commentary - shame Ch4 didn't see fit to bring in an architect or property developer with in-depth experience of renovating old and abandoned properties to really illuminate these fascinating projects. The conservatory in Cornwall is probably worth an episode to itself. Thanks for sharing.
The parque floor is entirely worth all the effort. But they will regret putting that plant in the red clay pot on their prize French table, for any time longer than five minutes..... even with a coat of varnish, it will leave a mark.
Oh I'm nervous for that lock-keeper's cottage, it's vulnerable there on it's own on the edge of a sketchy park... It should be an art space or some kind of community asset, you couldn't pay me to live there!
I know, that's what I think - & it wasn't that long ago the only place you could get married was in a church or Registry Office! You'd never think marriage was going out of fashion!!

A lot of hard work but the end result looks wonderful.

Ben and Paul are really impressive. I just love what they're doing with their home.
I love the lock keeper's cottage...but being listed, I wouldn't touch it.

How many wedding venues can there be in the UK?

@@SmallWondamarriage isn’t out of fashion - staying married is … hence lots of subsequent marriages
