I recently made 2 online gift purchases. Both items arrived. Both shoes don't fit I need to do a exchange so I call ASICS wait 30 minutes for a answer the girl who answers doesn't speak clear English. I call right back and wait another 30 minutes for a answer from yet another agent who does not speak clear English. I made a purchase the shoes do not fit so I need to exchange them but ASICS customer service can't communicate in English. ASICS please help me from doing business with you. You have my money now I am being totally ignored as a paying customer. ASICS please help me with your customer service.
