We are excited to offer a 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham. Finished in Sable Black with a cool Blue cloth interior. The interior and the exterior are in pristine condition and reflect the 25,000 original miles. These 2 door Luxury land cruisers are a disappearing breed. There are plenty of high mileage 4 door cars on the market. The likelihood of finding a low mileage, well preserved 2 door is considerably less. This car has not just been stored for years. It has had mechanical maintenance done. The transmission has been removed and serviced with all new seals. Fuel filter, plugs, wires, power steering pump have all been replaced. Brake shoes and pads all the fluids and hoses. Anything that needed attention was addressed. This car is a time machine back to the days when a luxury car was like sitting on your sofa for a long road trip. To view this 1983 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham in greater detail, including HD pictures and an HD video, visit www.GatewayClassicCars.com or our Philadelphia showroom located in West Deptford, NJ. For more information, please call 856-599-4100 or email Philadelphia@GatewayClassicCars.com
How I miss automobiles like this. The Fleetwood Brougham with the d’elegance package was my dream car growing up.
That was the real car of Cadillac.
That car is reserved for players only
Yes sir!!
Don't forget about the pimps & hustla's.
Uenoe
It should not say “DeVille” on the glove compartment door.
Agreed. Also very interesting color combo wondering if someone sprayed an all white caddy black with the white top and blue interior most would assume it was white originally, however I believe you could still pick every single option you wanted back then.
@@youteo3596 Almost 40 years old and this car is still just as classy as the day it rolled off the assembly line. Sadly, there’s not a single new car these days that I find attractive.
Someone loaded this baby up with options. I spotted memory seat, 10 way power passenger seat, sunroof, cruise, leather wrapped steering wheel, factory alarm, factory wire wheels. They meant business when they ordered this one.
dstarks80 that is Sharp ASS Hell loaded to the Maxx
That's the purpose, LOAD EM UP $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Get $umpthing back when resold. Low miles,maintained....nice investment. $$$$$$$$$$$$$
These types of cars only catch they're real appeal in hotter nice sunny areas. Glad I moved out of the east coast to one of those places. Can't wait to get something nice like this
This doesn't make sense, why would a Fleetwood coupe say DeVille on it?
Sounds like Charlie Brown music my Dream Car
The perfect engine would have been the 425cid with O/D transmission, limited slip.
What a beautiful Cadillac.
Now that's nice cruiser right there
Awesome car, fully equipped, real wire wheels /vogue tyres combo. Back in the day you could NOT PARK EVERYWHERE
@LEAST 2 ALARMS. SPECIAL LOCKS FOR THE RIMS/TYRES. NJOY. The ASTROROOF was the top option after the wheel & tyres combo. Sloooooooow, but,you want ppl to see you♡
The only problem was that 4100 B8 which was underpowered and darn near cost Cadillac its business.
Beautiful Fleetwood but i'd rather have 4 doors on a car that big
People complaining about the 4100 wouldn't turn this car down if they could get it. Fake outrage over a car on the streets 40 years after it was new
The Famous HT 4100 engine known by owners as the Hook & Tow 4100. Owned a 2 yr old 1983 Fleetwood Brougham D'Elegance Coupe back in 1985-86. That HT 4100 was the worst motor Detroit ever put out. I was breaking down once a week because of the garbage Hook & Tow 4.1. A 2 yr old Caddy Fleetwood w/less than 30,000 miles and kept breaking down. That's when I switched over to Lincoln in 1986 and never looked back.
I love my lt1 fleetwood
Absolutely beautiful car👍
Yeah, move the camera fast enough so the 4100 badge won’t be noticed.... Oops spotted it, too slow!
4100, do suck.
I can spot those damn aluminum rocker arm covers anywhere on that H(eavy)(Trash) 4100
Absolute beautiful and very sexy car that's your Sunday driver special would like to know more about it if you still have it or not
I see alot of the ht4100 is garbage.. change the catalytic converter make sure she has her GM pellets in the radiator and please change your oil.. it wont be a race car but she'll stand tall.. i own a ht4100 1982 deville. Shes amazing. Buy one then judge..
When I tell people they don't believe me. I had a 4100 that knocked. I put VR-1 Straight 60 weight in it made by Valvoline and the knocking went way to almost not even noticable. Drove that car from San Diego to Bakersfield twice a week and never had a problem.
glove box cover should say 'fleetwood' not 'deville'.
>larzDJsmith: Almost right. Should say "Brougham". Only the Factory Limo's got the "Fleetwood" script on the glovebox.
I need that car
Great 👍 looking Cadillac...
Nice Car and Thumbs Up !
Does this have the V6 4100 or does this Have the 307V8 or does it have A350 please comment back
HT4100 V8

How about a test drive😄😄😄
As GOLDILOCKS would say, "just riiiiiiiiiiiiite🎯👑🥇 true cruiser. 4.1 V8 had nothing, couldn't chirp the rear tires. Just beauty, no brains.
Shame it has the dreaded 4100
Unreliable HT4100 engine, wrong emblem on glovebox, and god knows what else. But I would still buy it simply for its perfect body.
😍😍
I’d drop a ls3
Just when I thought my brougham was the flyest……
For sale
Is that blue or black
Is it still available?
another real american car...ovv god...we are unlucky generationss :/(((
Put a Northstar engine in it and it will be the shit.
u mean a POS. The sideways Northstar was trash too. 🤣
@@eljefe2423 Have you ever own a car with a Northstar?
@@blackericdenice my brother had one it drove nice for the first two months till it started over heating at first then he junked it after he blew the head gasket a year later. It had a little over 60k on the odometer when he bought it.
I had my fleetwood with the LT1 at the time and still own it in excellent condition.
@@eljefe2423 So the answer is no. You don't own a Northstar.
@@blackericdenice no I don't and never would own POStar
Beautiful car until you look under the hood....HT 4100. Why oh why GM?? Why didn’t they just go with a fuel injected Chevy 5.7 350 and a dual exhaust after the V8-6-4 and diesel debacle?
What its the problem whit ht 1400? I'm dont know anything about engines
@@mattpleassure6576 in addition to it being very underpowered they were know for manifold gasket coolant leaks, bolts pulling the threads out of the weak aluminum engine blocks. Oil pump failures.
How much?
Is it a 4100 V-6 ? A 240 ci V-6 ?
249 cid V8
So GM made a 4.2 literV-8 ? I do not remember it . Am I being Rogerdodgered ? We think so . @@TeeroyHammermill
@@stevenelson424 Well Steve, it so happens GM does make a 4.2L V8 and, it happens to be a Cadillac twin turbo V8. But going back to the 80's, Cadillac had the HT4100 Digital Fuel Injection V8 which measured 249 Cid. Buick had the 4.1L V6 which measured 252 Cid and used a 4bbl carb. Maybe your too young to remember this stuff.
The 4100 Motors are garbage
Needs leather seating.
There needs to be someone talking about your cars on your CZcams page when you displaying your videos. This just music and no talking about the vehicle is horrible.
financing available? LOL who finances a 35 year old car that's worth $1500?
that is a classic antique, its not going to be 1500.00...
a 1983 cadillac is not a "class antique." LOL
chieftp less than 1500 with that 4100 motor in it
i know what you mean man, i love these cadillacs but financing is a joke for this year of vehicle crazy right ahhaahhahahhaa?
Anyone of you owned a a ht4100?? I do.. it runs perfect.. 1982 deville.. take care of her she'll take care of you..
4100...total bs motor
Is that paint orginal that blue is ugly and why black and white us blue.
