- Selling my 1984 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham Coupe after 5 years of ownership. Triple white with blue carpet and dash, a beautiful color combo. Genuine Appliance wire wheels. 72,950 miles! I’ve owned this car for 5 years and have only put 2,200 miles on it, so it’s time to find it a new home. This car does have a Massachusetts Reconstructed Salvage Title, it was reconstructed prior to my ownership. It didn’t bother me as it shows so well, and the knowledge of a older car being so easily “totaled” I didn’t care. Offered at $8,995

I wish they made cars like this today. This one's a beauty and I really appreciate the detail you show - on all your cars.
@coffeeinthemorning EPA doesn't dictate styling. The changes in the automotive industry are as much a result of customer demand as it is regulations. With the oil embargo in the 70's came a need for lighter, more fuel efficient cars. That forced us to think more economically. I know this is not a political channel, but you can't blame the evolution of the car industry on Trump.
@@JP-gt9ek By the time these were being phased out in 1991? Consumers didnt want a land yacht anymore. People were leaving cadillacs in droves for BMWs and the new brand Lexus. They wanted less chrome, more handling oriented hence why the new Caddy STS did away with all the traditional caddy aspects like wire wheels, white walls, chrome galore
Horrible motors in these years, Just horrible.
@@JP-gt9ek not true 😂
If anyone gets down that close to nitpick the front bumper like that, bounce their head off it.
Beautiful car.
Transparency is my selling point lol.
@@specialtymotorcars is it still for sale?
I remember when a few these were on the streets like it was yesterday. This was the ultimate 80s era Pimp/Mack's Cadillac, Jack!
Time goes fast. I remember 1980 when this style was new. That was 40 years ago. I remember the first Fleetwood Coupe I saw. Was 1980, in Brooklyn. My father had a 1979 Coupe De Ville, and I told him if he got a 1980 to get the Fleetwood Coupe and not an 80 Coupe De Ville. The vinyl roof, on the 1980-85 Fleetwood Coupe, made all the difference compared to same years Coupe De Ville.
The good thing is that style is coming back. I’ve seen quite a few around my area with some little 13s on it and switches and man I fall in love!!!
Superfly /Donald Going. Mack daddy in a caddy. 😂
Absolutely beautiful. The blue and white is gorgeous! These cars I’ve loved since I was a kid. Have an aunt and uncle that only buy Cadillacs. I miss my 4 door ‘85 Fleetwood triple canary yellow. It was the shorty FWD. Can still smell that leather.
Brother Anthony, I listened to this video beyond the car offering. I offer you this thought from John Maxwell: "The difference between where we are and where we want to be is created by the changes we are willing to make in our lives." Now the car: Absolutely stunning! Stay safe. Be well.
I am 60 and can't believe how many you have like I remember my grandparents..it is just a wonderful channel for me and to discover an option I may take when needed...you are a great guy like my nephews and it is a journey with our "things"...God bless you.
Pretty car, but I can only imagine how much better if would be if Cadi had kept the 5.7~
It's too bad the last of the big coupes were tainted with the 4100.
OMG yes, but your only choice for this body style with the 5.7 is the 1990-92 Brougham 4 door. I hear once in a while you can come across a late 80’s Brougham with the more powerful Chevy 305 5.0 instead of the under powered Oldsmobile 307 5.0. But they went back to carburetors in the late 80’s for some strange reason.
@@jayson657 The 5.0s were good too~ but those 4.1s~ I owned one & still have nightmares about it.
Hey Anthony a Triple White Fleetwood Coupe. I had the biggest CRUSH on these Fleetwood Coupes when they were introduced. The Deep Reds, 2 tones, and you can’t beat this Triple White!
Cars in so-so shape I love these cars, but $9K? I'm sure I can find one in Texas for like $2-3k with clean title and no rust
Sold the same day! Let me know when you find one, I’ll buy it.
Another one of your cars I love. Your videos never disappoint.
I always grin to myself at some point when you present these types of classics. You seem to be SOOO truthful in your vids. Awesome cars you deal with. I WILL BUY ONE DAY FROM YOU.
Enjoy your family and life first. You are really a great guy, it seems...
I try to be transparent!
I love those old classics.
HT 4100 engine stood for Hook & Tow 4100 engine. Owned a 1983 Fleetwood Brougham D'Elegance Coupe back in 1988-89.
82 was tough, first year. 83 as well. But this one runs good. Quiet, smooth. Not much else to choose from if you want a 1984 Fleetwood
I wish people would stop knocking the HT4100 engine I had an Eldorado roadster with rhat engine installed had zero problems with it.
I had a 81 Fleetwood d elegance couple loved that car
@@musiclover5023 We'll knock it if we owned one and had so many problems with it. Earned that right.
HT- "Highly Troublesome" 4100
Not a bad unit Anthony for it's age and use. A nice old collector car for you that is for sure. I think it will sell pretty fast. It has been bunged around a bit but overall not a bad unit for it's age and you took great care with it while you had it as I can tell. Not as nice a unit as others you have had on your page but still not a bad unit at all. Thanks for sharing and giving us the story about your car it was fun and interesting like all the others you have on here. Just a good old car and I hope it goes to a caring home like you gave it!!
What a beautiful car Anthony. Thanks for the tour. Have a great day and stay safe.
What a pretty car! The wheels make it!
Don’t they!! I would change them but only to put on more spokes. These are probably 60 spoke so I’d double it up and go with 120 spoke reverse Dayton’s ( they have a 3 inch lip and go back in a little).
What a spectacular color combination! Such a gorgeous car! I miss my '82 Coupe Deville! Although I smile every time I see my '90 Brougham d' Elegance! Eventually I will get another one, or a Fleetwood Coupe! I love my '91 Fleetwood coupe, but it's a different cup of tea compared to the big body Cadillac Fleetwoods!
Gozzo your words are true, the older I get I’ve learned to let go of my collection of watches and cars, I also have a daughter that is 5 it’s not about me anymore. I let go of every rare car that I know I will never be able to replace .Im with you brother ❤️
Just love the interior well the seats of the 84s and 85s just simple and different makes it even better being triple white nice find
Yeah I like the earlier brougham seats. After '85 or so not as good as far as comfort and look. I can definitely tell the difference between my '84 and '90 bougham seats.
Tim W those seats kinda remind me of the early 60s style seats always loved them I agree
The mice & money story IS plausible. I mean, people do hide cash in weird places, and mice do get in cars, and get to chewing on wires.
Great car. Wish I had the 9 grand; I'd head to Mass, immediately, to come take that off your hands. The wire wheels, and whitewalls really set that thing off. It would fit in my garage, too. Man, what a pretty car.
This is a total man's man car. Ron Bender put his name in the search right here on CZcams so y'all can see this mans accomplishments.
Very nice example, Anthony! Love the color combo! That white w/navy is HOT! Sure it has the 4100(swap out for Chevy 350 if it bothers ya so much fellas), but the car itself is in excellent shape for the age and being a MA car all its life. I know it pains you to part with your personal ride, but on to bigger and better!
This is a nice Big body Caddi, but the 4.1 liter aluminum engine isn't any good when it comes to performance. It always end up in need of a head gasket replacement, because this engine will overheat and cracked on you.
I never had that problem with my 4100 but I do know that when they made them sideways for the front wheel drive short bodies, they were junk
I had a 83 sedandeville with the 4100 ran smooth but was so underpowered for these big boats.
Plain and simple,, I’ve had them all, from 83 threw 89 and the only problems I ever had were the ones that had the 4100. They suck and that’s a fact,, I don’t want to hear (well you got a bad one) NO THEY ALL SUCK. Still tony sweet sweet sweet car nonetheless brother
@@joeyv2008well u got a bad 1
You Dig had more then one bad one, they suck.
Anthony is selling one of his "Personal Rides.." Must be a fantastic one.. 👍
It’s a good driver!
@@specialtymotorcars Anthony, I saw your video of rescuing that Cadillac Eldorado from a forest with your dad and I can't believe that that Cadillac will be a parts car. It just needs a good restoration to its former glory and it would really make Specialty Motor Cars become a wildly popular dealership for big vintage cars or "survivor cars" as you call them.
This one guaranteed to sell. Really thought would've kept it. The next will be happy for sure. One of my all time favorite Cadillac 💯💯👀
God what a beautiful car that’s a style that never gets out of date. If I could swing it I’d buy that in a heartbeat. I guess the closest I’ll get to a car like that is my Revell Cadillac kit but I’d play the video over and over again so I can make it look close to the real thing or whatever color scheme I so choose & either play TPIR or Let’s Make A Deal as a display
Beautiful car and walk through as always Anthony! I'm just waiting on one of your personal 90-92 d'Elegances to come up for sale next! 😉
That will be a while lol
Are you serious!!! I just bought a DTS for around the same price but I would have definitely grabbed this beauty!!
You stay with nice cars...💯🔥
Tractor Tipping I bought it from a private seller...
Aye a dts is not bad at all have a 2011 dts platinum myself you'll love it
I love it Anthony. it is a work of art. the finest Caddy ever made!
Definitely not the best ever made - and thank goodness for that! But certainly a classic of the era, and among the last traditional Cadillacs. Real Cadillacs in my opinion.
@@mr.butterworth4216 love my 95 fleetwood, 38k miles...best ever in my book! Love this beauty tho for sure..
A true beauty!
But beware the HT4100!
I have an 86 Coupe Deville family bought new, I lover her. This 84 is a beauty! triple white are rare. with 4.1L My 4.l L has 179,584 still runs and drives maintenance is the key.
I thought it was interesting the driver's side door seat controls are the door, but on the passenger side they are on the side of the seat. It is interesting the changes they made with time. It is interesting the technology improved with the Brougham from the early 1990's. Smooth. Thank you for sharing.
My grandmother bought one similar to that one it was a 1981 coupe with a sunroof and vouge tires it was a demo but very nice in detail
Sweet baby Jesus this is absolutely freaking beautiful!!!’ People may laugh but this exact car is my absolute dream car.. I’d take this of damn near anything and the only reason I would ever take anything else would be to sell it and buy one of these and use the extra money to pimp it out lol!!! I wouldn’t put these big ass rims you see people put on old cars now days I would go with some 120 Spoke 15inch Dayton’s and some Vogue white walled tires!!! I wouldn’t even tint the damn windows as I’d want people to see me driving lol
Beautiful Caddy Anthony!! Congratulations on hitting 30k subs!! 🍾 🥂
Thank you
Good luck and continued success in your car business. Great looking car.
😎🙏✌
Love the chime in these cars!
What a work of art. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing.
Absolute beauty. If I could afford it, I would. But unfortunately I am not in that position. STUNNING STUNNING
I am a fan of your channel from Iran and you are one of the best on CZcams
Anthony; Absolutely Stunning Caddy Very Rare I wish I had the Funds at the Moment Be Safe !!!
Hi from the UK 🇬🇧 I Love watching your videos 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 fantastic cars 🚗
I’m going to end up buying my car from you lol 😂 I got the money just need a garage. Don’t wanna be selfish and leave one just sitting outside in south Florida 😎 good stuff love the whip
Heh. I got the garage, just not the money, at the moment.
One of my all time favorite Cadillac body styles!
I love this Cadillac, but I’ll still will wait if you bring another Fleetwood brougham 1995 or a1996. Love the videos and your presentation on them.
Why not 94' also?
Now this is what I call a Cadillac. Back in the day; owning a Cadillac was a means of saying that you've arrived, nowadays owning a Cadillac is a means of saying that you're a douchebag.
Wow she is looker I had the 83 coupe chocolate on brown no vinyl & hubcaps great car but Jesus the Triple White it’s like Gods Car LoL 🇮🇹🇺🇸❤️ Keep TruckiN Cuz
My dream car, I’d love to have a Cadillac in this condition 👍🏿
Beautiful and no worries relative to salvage title, great car.
This car is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!
There is no way anyone borne in USA
at least 1990 shouldn't be able to appreciate this Caddy.
I am sure the salvage history and 70,000 plus(low) for its age didnt make it affordable to an average working person like my self.
I would loved to have been able to purchase it from you.
How much did you let it go for ?
Sold for the asking price
I love that you love cadillacs i wish I'd seen this 2yrs ago
Anthony gets the real cars not like
The plastic rubber made today
Ur cars are always beautiful...👍🏾
Nice ride Anthony, the blue & white interior is stellar. Only thing I would have changed is the landau to blue. Should have replaced the hood insulation, probably on the cheap.
It never really bothered me till now. I did look to replace it, but a new one is about 5 weeks out on order.
These white interiors are always so beautiful. I have always been nervous to own one, afraid I'm gonna ruin them LOL
This is a $5000 car. there’s way too many little cosmetic things wrong it to even come close to 8995
Sold! Thanks for the appraisal
Oh WOW!!!! This is so nice!!! Wish i could afford this.
Clean Cadillac that's all I love. I'm looking to be purchasing one by November. If it's still available I'm giving you a call.
Nice old Coupe thanks for sharing
That is stunning!
Jeez man. I wished I lived in US and could buy from you. I live in Qatar and an ex-pat Brit and been here for a long time now but no matter how long, I cannot stay here.
I am 58 and from Northern Ireland but from the days of Kojak (Buick Regal), Starsky & Hutch (Ford Torino), Dukes (Charger), Cannon (Lincoln Conti Mk IV) and so many other US TV shows, I have always loved the 70s and 80s American Cars. Fortunately, here in Qatar we still get the Chevy Silverado, GMC Sirerra, Caddy Escalade and I have a Ford Expedition 5.4l V8 2008 - but not the same as these old icons. I could afford these beauties but hard to enjoy here with import duties and the knowledge that sometime I will have to leave here. If I was able to I would be all over these beauties and buy whatever you had to sell.
Back in 1997 when I was a junior in high school I had a white one with all blue interior 1984 Coupe Deville. Which is the same exact things as this car, but GM likes to take one body style and "rebadge / relabel" it into 5 different models. But what else is new. Anyway I bought the car from an old man who bought it brand new. I really loved the car and to this day I hate the fact I sold it a year later.
That is absolutely beautiful!!!
Sweet fancy Moses that is a sweet ride!
AG Man U got the coldest Cadillac’s in the game! Hands down 💪🏾✊🏾💯
Yes!!!!!
Pure Beauty💯💪🏾 My Cousin had an Eldorado Similar Banana Color
I had a 84 with a small 8 , think it was a 231 cid , it was geared right and great on gas (upper 20s on the highway) I wish the new stuff was as good
I always liked the 1980-1985 Fleetwood Coupe. Even though it’s the same body as the concurrent Coupe De Ville, the difference in the roof really made the difference. The Fleetwood Coupe was a beautiful car, the 1980’s Coupe De Ville wasn’t.
Is the top the only difference from a Coupe Deville and a Fleetwood Coupe??
@@BrynhurstSixOwe No. The Fleetwood has the chrome side molding, plus the interior the seats are nicer on the Fleetwwod. Those are the differences cosmetically, but a lot of options on the Coupe DeVille are standard on the Fleetwood. When the cars were new, the Fleetwood was several thousand dollars more. After 1985, while the body style stayed basically the same, Caddy started deleting a lot of standard features on the Fleetwood to the point is wasn't much more equipped than a 1980-1984 Sedan Deville. 1985 or 1986 was the last year for the Coupe version of the Fleetwood Brougham. The 4-door continued for 6 or 7 more years. .
Gorgeous triple white.
Hmm...that triple color may get the owner in trouble these days....
Just kidding!
Look I follow a lot of forums I have a G-Body regal.. it's refreshing to see an actual beautiful Cadillac go for a fair price.dudes advertise these things so far overpriced and they're not even close to the caliber of this one. I've had Cadillacs as in my younger days. Didn't care for the 4100. Someone's definitely getting a good deal to buy this beautiful car paisan.Alluv 👍💲
I love that car it’s a coupe, didn’t I tell you not to buy anything? It’s a wedding gift it’s from my mother it’s in her name.... lol
Joey V, Cue Eric Clapton’s “Layla”
timmy ho exactly!!
roadtrip car. hey Tony have you ever tried to use lava hand soap on the whitewall tires? it works the best!!!
When I was a kid my dad made me wash all his caddy that was my go to for the white walls the orange stuff.
I’ll try it! These are a little brown but look ok. They were probably an inexpensive tire at the time
GM present day quality is lack luster at best. Those old GM rear body on frame cars were built with excellent quality.
Anthony Gozzo use shout leave on 2 min hose off come out like brand new
I've always used Blechewhite (or however they spell it, lol) with decent results. I'll have to try that Lava, on my white-letters, though.
Most USA cities, car will be stolen, stripped for parts or make its way to museum. Think blue accent on the interior, may lower resale price, most like the dark cranberry accents. Too bad the engine does not have chrome accents. Had Caddly like this one, everyone complained about the visibility from the rear opera windows-----very limited. This is a beautiful cream puff car, thanks for sharing. Sure hope it has some auxiliary alarms/batteries. Interior was also used on some of the larger Buick/wagon and think Olds wagon too. & poss. 1 yrs on Caprice Estate Wagon.
Is there a roof at all?
also Anthony , how big is your collection & plz do a walk thru video of them , I'm a caddy lover 🎉
I had an 84 coupe deville, 4100.. bought it in 98 for $1000.. wish I kept it.. it ran great I just didn't have the knowledge I have now.. stopped driving it when I bought an 88 brougham with that crap 307 in it.. spent so much money on that car, I neglected my 84.. wish I just kept the 84 and spent the money on that instead
Another classic car, Anthony. Though I see the" Fleetwood Brougham" script on the exterior sail panels, and embossed on the interior door panels, a Cadillac 2dr. coupe of this vintage, will always be a "Coupe DeVille" to me. And finished in triple white, with custom wire wheels, and wider whitewall tires, this one's a beauty!
Beautiful car!
Going to sell quick!
This is a great looking car. Sorry to see you have to let it go.
Don’t have to, but I don’t have to keep it anymore either.
I got the exact same, love it might want to sell it
Thank you for the general content you provide. What are the laws and regulations for delivering your car to Egypt?
Beautiful caddy. Love whitewalls 🤍
She still beautiful. I wish they didn't put the 4100 in it. Mine was smoking alot going to put a 305 in it. She's one hell of a 💎
The 4100 looks decent, next to the Northstar, lmao. My old Caddy had the 307 Olds in it; I was happy with it.
@@truckertriesfarming9792 anything beats a northstar engine 🤣🤣
@@juanos9712 Lol, true. I've got a Northstar, and I severely dislike it. Worst engine I've had the displeasure of working with.
Hey Anthony... beautiful car. As usual.
Question for you because you might know more about Cadillac history than me of course...
I thought that the Fleetwood moniker only applied to the 4 door with centre pillar models. No centre pillar, not a Fleetwood?
Prior to 1984 where there any 2 door Fleetwoods back in history?
Cheers :)
Yes, pheaton coupe. Rarely do I see one up for sale. Pheaton had the cloth canvas roof.
Spectacular Cars.
Beautiful car
Gorgeous
Beautiful car 👍🏽
I swapped a strong running 455 Buick engine and a TH 350 transmission into my 1984 Fleetwood. It has 3 inch exhaust pipes with 12 inch long glasspacks to give it that perfect Harley Davidson rumble kind of sound. Its fun to drive and the only bad thing about it is the gas mileage. I'm getting about 8 or 9 miles to the gallon on the highway.
beautiful car
Love it!
I called today in requards to this car, hope to hear back from you...thank u
Beautiful car sir and fairly priced. True collector condition. Very clean under carriage and that lower door rust is no biggie.....next owner can knock that out in a couple hours with some prep work and 2 coats of Rust-Oleum Marine Topside gloss white...self-levels and lays out like glass. Great addition to someone's collection.
😍
Nice car ,,,crappy 4100 aluminum engine block, my father had the same car had to replace the motor,,,they had bad cam shafts too....they should have just put a nice chevy 350 motor in them...lol
Oh it also had a leather wrapped steering wheel to
❤ Loved it had one 1979 n my sister an 85 ❤❤❤❤
My father had a 1983 Cadillac Coupe Deville with the HT4100 engine. This car broke down so much, it made me think that it had a Ford motor in it.😂
Darrell Yelity the Ford 5.0 302 that was in The Lincoln Town Car, Crown Vic and Mercury at that time were bulletproof, trouble free and more powerful (for the 1980’s) than the HT 4.1. A Ford engine in the Caddy would have been a Huge improvement.
