What’s up David! I recently saw Rolling Quartz in San Francisco and Los Angeles and I must say they were the best band in a small venue! So much fun and the girls were super nice!
Great Reaction. Know I'm a bit late, but having seen them live, both guitarists (Iree and Hyunjung) do supply some backing vocals but they also use backing track as well. I don't exactly recall which for this one, but would suspect track for harmonies, probably recorded by JaYoung herself... Iree and Hyunjung tend to do more call and response type backing vocals. Neither Arem (bass) or Young Eun (drums) sing. When it is time for them to just talk to the audience, JaYoung hands them her mike.
I love this band and this is a excellent hard rock song. I am pleased with your score, I thought you might have gone lower but glad you did not.
Very solid from beginning to end.
A quick look at their live videos and it would appear both guitar players sing AND they have backing tracks. So, all three live girls have to nail their pitch...which they have no trouble doing.
When I hear something like that, for some reason, I immediately get the feeling that I'm starting to watch an anime or some Asian pop movie, and this is the teaser music for it)
