Beware all solid carbide drills...AddMeisterDrill will replace you worldwide.
One tool can hold 10 different heads!!!!
DMC geoemtry is unique, and none of the solids has it.
Another supreme product from Tungaloy...Well done.

Why design the coolant port coming out from the drill shaft instead of coming out of the carbide insert.
How's the insert life compare to the competition when drilling Inconel and Ti 6-4.

How long do those inserts hold up? I noticed that it is in the material at least .200" before the coolant hits it

      Dear Eric Golden
      Thank you for your comment.
We sure this coolant system working well, but if you have additional external coolant, you can see better tool life

Here in India , these drill heads are sold even more expensive then the Solid Carbide Drill Head , hehe what's the point then these being indexables shouldn't the heads be a fraction of drills costs ? Nice video though 🌸🌸

Lol...isn't that the case with all exchangeable head milling/drilling tools under 16mm? And keep in mind you have to replace the body too after that many insert changes and if you blow an insert while machining you might also ruin the holder, turning it into a logistics nightmare. The prices they have to beat especially at small sizes are pretty hard to beat to say the least too and any high performance solid carbide drill will drill way faster than that

Are these available in 0.1mm increments?
If they are then I think I’ll be buying some of them for our Miyanos!!

Yeah they are, also they have different shaped tips too like for flat bottom or aluminum specific tips.

Привет. А сколько может стоить такой интернет для работы до 1 метра с минимальной погрешностью отклонения от оси?

    今は交換式が主流なんですね。
    交換した刃先は再研磨してるのですか?
