"The Eight Noble Virtues of a Samurai" is a concept album inspired by ancient medieval Japanese lifestyle and Samurai code of conduct. It speaks of forgotten virtues by which men led their lives and fulfilled their duties in the realm of mortals. Musically and stylistically, inspiration comes from kabuki theatre music and old Japanese koto folk music.

Sitting on the front porch listening to this thinking about spirit warrior and sci-fi/ fantasy worlds where there’s strange gadgets and interesting possibilities. This is more than the thumbnail entails.
Last year I did a Ghost of Tsushima, sorta Ronin style cosplay and this was basically what I played all day in my room while working on the costume. I had so much fun that Halloween that I eventually saved up money, ordered historically accurate bakama to replace my old hakama (since I already own several shinken, or live blades for martial arts practice) and even got the han-kote gauntlets armor to match.
No offense but who wants to he a ronin? They are literally warriors who lost all their honor

@@deathwish_bigboss yes and if their master was killed, they were supposed to commit seppuku, and if they didnt it was seen as dishonorable
@@TheSexyElmo ; True, I just like the aesthetic of the beaten-down by society type of fallen warrior. I'm martial artist of over 10 years and a bodybuilder, I sorta identify with the position a Ronin would be in.
