    I calculated that based on a 80% usage of the 32A 6S lipo, 25,6A was available, which was consumed within 196 minutes. This equals a cruise consumption of 7,85A for both motors, equals 3,925A for each motor.

      Aerialworks They were not very new batteries. We have about 22.3v (3.716v/cell) with loading. According to our experience these batteries can give out more 6000mah if we allow the voltage drops to 20.5v...

      adamskiktm Aomway 1000mw VTX/VRX. We just modified 2 inner wings to extend this MTD. We cut the nacelles and use foam to make it smooth. That means we have 4 inner wings, and 2 outer wings on this plane :) Maybe will product some short wings for extending.

      @EUROASIAN10 Před 9 lety

      Rocky Law Hey Rocky! Im just wondering how you could run 6s on your setup? Do you use a step down regulator to power your autopilot? and also do you re-calibrate the throttle so you dont blow the esc and motors? I know 6s will draw less amps, just cant figure out how to avoid burning the motor out. Hope to hear from you soon, and will be getting this plane for myself.

    • @jetrocky528
      @jetrocky528 Před 9 lety

      EUROASIAN10 Hello, it is easy, I just use two UBEC for power supply to receiver and video transmitter, one is 5v output and one is 12v output. It just cost me under USD14. You can try.

    • @EUROASIAN10
      @EUROASIAN10 Před 9 lety

      Rocky Law Thanks Rocky, I looked into it and now I understand :-) If I use the MFD Autopilot, will it handle 6S Input Voltage or will this need to be regulated to 12V? The MFD Autopilot manual says it can handle up to 20v, but 12v is recommended. I paused the video, and it seems the 6s Batteries are directly connected to the autopilot. Just wanted to confirm just in case.

    • @jetrocky528
      @jetrocky528 Před 9 lety

      EUROASIAN10 No, no need to use BEC for MFD autopilot because the current sensor would supply 5v power to MFD already. It'll supply power to receiver and servos too. I mean you use UBEC are for video transmitter(12v) and gopro(5v).
