      Yes, push in the beginning and you will transition to shorter ground contacts as you pick up speed and stand up.

      He didnt say to cycle the leg idiot. He said popping the thigh through just like acceleration, which is exactly what you are talking about. No cycling with that

      Ur not supposed to cycle in the drive phase. U just drive ur knees forward... no cycling
